I was shopping for a 4runner, and had some "warm" dealers I was talking to BEFORE Acton Toyota because my dad's friends work at car dealerships. However, those dealerships over-promised what cars they could show me when, were slow to respond.. on and on. My father and I opened things up to discover dealers through Edmunds, TrueCar, etc. While a lot of dealers contacted us, and we spoke with them all, it was the first most prompt outreach we received from Steve and Tom at Acton Toyota that really impressed us. Because my dad and I had separately created accounts, Steve reached out to my dad and Tom reached out to me. My first conversation on the phone actually ended up being with Steve (after he had a nice chat with my pop) and we had a lengthy discussion about the market, etc. He was really transparent and didn't pressure me, and had the 4runner type I wanted (albeit not perfectly... but they fixed that with me later when we added a sunroof). Steve was out the following day when my dad and I were going up so he connected me with Tom, whom I already knew thanks to his email to me. Tom was AWESOME, like the most unsales-y of sales people ever. He let us take the car for a spin, didn't come with and pressure us, etc. He and the finance guy.. blanking on first name, but last name was Barbagallo, were super helpful, stayed late and helped us get the deal we wanted done. I won't continue with all the additional details but suffice to say Tom, Steve and there team helped with every little detail of my car buying process. They were fair// upfront about price, helped with customizing, honest about when to expect things. It's just been the most amazing experience. I'll be going here for life. The facilities are great (they have wi-fi, food, gym for when you have your car serviced), service dept is on point (very helpful when we were customizing a bit) and so on. Go to Toyota Acton immediately. More

Ken White went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations of what customer service is all about. Ken kept his eyes open for just the right vehicle at the right price. He is a great person to work with excellent knowledge of the products and we didn't feel the buying pressure that you get with some dealerships. When we picked it up it looked spectacular due to Kens working with the detail team to make sure we were satisfied. My Husband and I have both purchased Toyota vehicles from this dealership and will continue to do so in the future. Joe Tosi in finance was really great to work with on this new purchase as well. He had our best interest at heart and also went above and beyond to help my son with the financing. He and Ken make a great team. More

Not sure when it happened, but either way, here is a follow up to that event. Randy Irwin, the Service Manager reached out to me immediately after my post. Shortly thereafter we spoke and addressed the situation. He listened and didn't get consumed with defending the service writer, or the dealership etc.. Anyone who is in an industry where customer service drives the business, knows that "service drops" (as we call them) happen. What distinguishes a good manager and company, is whether they step up and own it and find a remedy, or simply dismiss it. Randy went above and beyond to own it and remedy it. It actually was a pleasant surprise to me, if I'm being honest about it. I would not have expected a dealership to step up the way they did. I'm impressed. As a result of Acton Toyota's actions to take care of the customer and restore confidence, we are back on working terms again. Thank you Randy. Consumer1234 Acton, MA More
