Jack Burke helped me narrow my selection of used automobiles and was extremely thouough explaining the differences and benefits of certain features. After selecting a 2013 Rav4, he showed me the car fax reports for servicing and I felt extremely comfortable moving ahead with this purchase. Chris Wright walked me through the paperwork and options with patience and humor. I felt totally in control and comfortable with the financing options. And they were able to add some options and register and replate it in a day. After Jack spent time reviewing all the manuals and operating systems that were different from my last car., I drove my new car home with a bouquet of flowers in the front seat and total confidence in my purchase. More

wasted my time i was looking for a specific used car and they had one for sale, used. i dealt with bob gaudet on the phone before i drove 160 miles, one way. i aske i was looking for a specific used car and they had one for sale, used. i dealt with bob gaudet on the phone before i drove 160 miles, one way. i asked specifically if there was ANYTHING wrong with the car before i drove there. bob said there was NOTHING wrong. i read ALL the positive reviews and was very excited to see the car. woke up at 5am to be there by 9am. before i got out of my car, i noticed 2 OBVIOUS things wrong. under the front rocker panel, it was cracked and bulging out like someone had jacked it up wrong maybe? the left headlight was all fogged/glazed up. as i walked around the car, the rear bumper was missing some chrome trim that had cracked off. and to boot, the really nice factory alloys had substantial curb rash, which i also asked about before i got there (Ryan). i know used cars have minor issues, but come on. they sent me a video of the car and i saw the online pics in the ad but couldn't see any of this in the pictures. they came down $395 on price before i got there and promised to take care of 2 of the issues, but not all. there was no more room for negotiating on their end, so i left unhappy. they were obviously NOT motivated to sell a car that's been on their lot for 8 months. forgot to mention the car. 2013 vw Passat DIESEL. 39K miles advertised, 41+K miles on the odometer. this car is the one nobody wants because of the emissions scandal. total gamble on me to buy this car because there is no decision yet on the scandal. this car could end up worthless or get bought back by vw, but at what price? they called me today to see im still interested in buying another car with them because they sold the vw. HELLO? car is still advertised . wasted a whole day. very disappointed More

We couldn't be happier with the overall process and love our new car. Shawn has continued to be available to us with any follow up questions that we have had. They had a great selection of used Tacomas on the lot. Found just what I wanted in a used certified pick up at a fair price. Jack Burke was great. We shared some command interest in older cars. He found us the car with the options we wanted and offered the best price when compared with the surrounding Toyota dealers. When my dad went to pick up the car Steve spent considerable time with him setting up his phone and address book and also programmed important addresses into the GPS. It was a great comfort being far away and knowing that someone with the integrity and thoughtfulness of Steve was assisting my dad. He also encouraged my dad to stop by any time if he needed more help with the technology or any questions about the car. If you want excellent service - ask for Steve! More

I bought a Corolla from this dealer in 2007 and just now traded that car in for another new Corolla, and I have only glowing things to say about the entire experience. I've had my car serviced there every 5,000 miles for almost ten years and bought from them exclusively, and each time I go in is better than the last! Specifically, Jack Burke was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained all my options and all the aspects of the new car, went over the old car, and was overall just phenomenal to work with. He returned every phone call very fast and took all the time I needed at my appointments, never rushing me at all. He even gave me congratulatory flowers when I picked up my new car! An absolute gem, both Jack and Acton Toyota of Littleton. Very highly recommend!!! More
