It was clean as advertised the price was fair and comes with a 12/month 12k warranty on the powertrain and 90 bumper to bumper. Walked in met Bob and Joe, worked out a fair price an in 20 minutes deal was done and picked up the car 24 hours later no hassle......I will call upon them for a new or good used car as needed..... I had an excellent experience at this dealership, the service depar I had a battery replaced at Acton Toyota of Littleton, specifically June 22, 2016. I had an excellent experience at this dealership, the service department, in which Dan Sweeney [assistant service manager] was the service advisor. This is the third time that I’m having the battery replaced with Toyota TruStart Battery. I added that part to highlight how well Acton Toyota handled the situation versus another dealership. On June 21, 2016 my car died and I had the car jumped. On June 22, 2016 when the car failed to start again, I had it jumped and drove to Acton Toyota of Littleton. I arrived at 6am, 1-hour before they opened but the service department valets took my car and offered me a seat in the waiting area, which was extremely kind of them. They probably won't ever forget me because I accidentally set the alarm off when I went through the service area because I was confused - I thought that they were open. The valets stated that they don’t open until 7am, and when I put my name into their service computer database, Mr. Sweeney approached me immediately, stating that he can get the ticket started but that the car wouldn’t be serviced until they opened. When I mentioned to him that a service guy stated that he wanted to do the battery job, he stated professionally that the particular person who offered was not a certified technician and that the service on the car needed a certified technician due to two other issues in addition to the battery. The service was completed within a reasonable amount of time and Mr. Sweeney was professional and very communicative about the issues with the car, as well as giving informative information about the battery and the oil consumption test. I will have to go back to have them re-test the oil change consumption because I went too early. More

Great used car purchase experience I was looking for a small truck. After a bit of research I found a Nissan Frontier at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. The Sales rep, Bob Gaudet, sho I was looking for a small truck. After a bit of research I found a Nissan Frontier at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. The Sales rep, Bob Gaudet, showed me the truck. He was very professional and courteous. There was no pressure to buy the truck. I thought the truck was listed at a great price compared to similar trucks at other dealership, but Acton Toyota lowered the price even further. It took a while for the title to come in, so to help me out Bob arranged a rental for me at no cost. I highly recommend doing business at Acton Toyota Annex and Bob Gaudet. More

Jack listened and took the time to show us several options for new and pre-owned cars, educating us on the benefits of both. His patience, honesty, and sense of humor made for an enjoyable afternoon. The car was ready when he said it would be. When I went to pick it up, he was very thorough showing me all the features and assured me I could contact him if I still had questions. He even paired my phone to the car; an experience I was dreading doing myself. I would highly recommend Jack. More
