Both family and friends have had great experiences with Toyota, so it only made sense to follow the trend. Because of my work hours, I had to come in late, but no problem as Jack made sure the Rav4 I was looking at was ready for a test drive as soon as I pulled up! By the end of the day, I was a Toyota driver, or at least I would be the next week. Smooth sailing from everyone involved from the Service Department to the Sales. I highly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone looking for their next vehicle (and I repeatedly mention that to others I know are looking)! More

When I called and put in a request for the used vehicle that I was looking for, the salesperson took note and responded to me several weeks later with a vehicle that matched my criteria. After I took the vehicle for a trial run, the vehicle was checked out mechanically. The salesperson also took the vehicle to my Toyota mechanic for him to check it out as well. The dealership made all repairs and alterations as needed and as requested by the mechanic, and also gave me 4 new tires. All this at a very reasonable price. John Bernard was the salesperson who worked with me on my purchase. I highly recommend Acton Toyota and John Bernard for their great customer service. I purchased my Toyota over 4 years ago and I still love my car- no major problems or breakdowns in 4 years. More
