I have had very bad experiences with car dealerships in the past, I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Acton Toyota in Littleton, Massachusetts. I have had very bad experiences with car dealerships in the past, particularly used car dealerships. Acton Toyota was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and honest. Everything went through smoothly. There were no games like at other dealerships. I'm from New Jersey and we drove to Massachusetts to complete the paperwork and financing. They then did all the legwork and even drove the car right to my home. No extra charge. I would never consider going anywhere else next time we need to purchase a car. They are awesome! Thank you Ron Persechini for being so helpful with everything and holding my car for me, thank you Scott Doherty for all the work getting me the financing, and thank you Norm and Steve for driving my car to my home, all the way from Littleton, Massachusetts! A+ From Consultation to Close and After... My wife and I started looking at Toyotas about three months ago. We at the time did not know what model we specifically wanted but did find a Camry Hy My wife and I started looking at Toyotas about three months ago. We at the time did not know what model we specifically wanted but did find a Camry Hybrid and an Prius V III on Actontoyotas website before going to their store. We wanted to test these and browse their lot. We were pre approved at our Credit Union for 40k plenty to buy either car. We met Jack Burke when he calmly approached us and asked if their was anything he could help us with. We went by his desk and sat down and discussed what we were doing "just looking" and wanted to see/ test drive what we saw on their website. We got a introduction by Jack of the features of each car and did our test drives which were unattended (we love that) and brought the cars back after a 20 minute test drive. Upon conclusion we explained again politely we were "just looking" and wanted to take some information with us about the cars we had driven. Jack Burke said "okay that's great let me go get that information for you". And, we left. Over the next 24 hours we got a Thank you email from Jack for visiting the showroom and asked us when we thought we may make a purchase. It was sweet and professional. About 7 weeks went by and after some research and identifying our needs we searched Acton Toyotas certified inventory and found a Black 2013 Prius III with the Solar Roof Package for very reasonable sticker price. We also found a few others in case we did not like the black one. We did a email search and Jacks Thank you email popped up! We called him and made an appointment to visit the showroom and drive these cars. Jacks voicemail had his hours for the day and he was to leave at 5 that day, when I got him on the phone he changed his hours and met us at 6:30 PM! We choose the Black Prius and purchased it that night. We got out a half hour after their posted business hours. Their entire staff were professional and A+ in their customer service. We picked up the Prius, they got us my Navy Vanity plates, did the sticker and Jack took about 35 minutes to help me connect my Bluetooth to the entertainment system and gave me a run through of all the features of our Prius. We are very thankful for Jack and his handling of our consultation and purchase. Never was it pushy or did we feel "this guy needs the sale" instead we felt obligated to do business with this professional organization because they gave us no reason not to. More
