They were able to take me for a test drive and help me understand all the features of my new Rav. Financing was fast and easy and they delivered my car to my hometown in just a couple of days. My first experience with Acton Toyota was when they helped me locate a reasonably priced used Toyota sienna to help with our move from Boston to Acton. Normally this would not be so impressive, but thi helped me locate a reasonably priced used Toyota sienna to help with our move from Boston to Acton. Normally this would not be so impressive, but this was in the middle of the pandemic when used vehicles were very hard to come by and super expensive. Since then we have acquired two more Toyotas in our family, and all three have been serviced capably and reliably by the folks at Acton Toyota for the last five years. The capstone to this story is that I have just leased my newest vehicle from them, a 2025 RAV4 PHEV, Which they also helped me procure when stock was very thin on the ground during the run up to the rebates expiring. They helped me find one and get into it just before the rebates went away. They have always been very clear and helpful with their communications, the sales team is never hard-sell in any way, the service department Always provides clear explanations of their estimates and the repairs they plan to do, and all in all we are very happy being a four Toyota family with Acton Toyota!
