We spent the next few hours deciding whether the car was a good fit for us, called Tomas with a counter offer and had a confirmed deal that afternoon. Since then, picking up the car, having it delivered to NH, getting the accessories we were verbally promised and they delivered upon was all painless and completed as promised. I can't say enough about how pleasant the sales process was. Is the car perfect? Nope, it is a used car and everything the ads said it would be. Did we get a fair deal? Absolutely. I would shop at this dealership again if they had a car that fit our needs. More

These guys were great. Bob Gaudet was extremely helpful getting me the information I needed in order to make an internet based purchase "sight unseen". I asked to have additional pictures taken under the doors and requested info. on the body specifics and all came through immediately and with flying colors. I was VERY impressed with the customer service at the dealership and knowledge of what they're team goes through when getting a used car ready to sell. THEN, finally, when they told me they would deliver the car 3.5 hours away at no extra charge, AND, would stay for the registration process, I was sold. Professional, courteous, obliging, reasonable............ what more can I say? More

After searching on line for a "new" truck to replace my aged one, I found a couple worth checking out at Acton Toyota. I called and made appointments at their 2 different locations. First stop was Bob Gaudet, who quickly brought me to the Ford F150 that I ultimately purchased. I was immediately impressed with how clean and ready to go it was. After a test drive and no pressure whatsoever from Bob, I left to check out another truck at he Littleton location, telling him I'd likely be back. When I returned less than an hour later, he met me at the door and started walking me through the paperwork to make the truck mine. At no point did I feel "dirty" like I often have at other car dealerships. The most telling part was that Bob didn't disappear as soon as the sale was made. He was still available to answer any questions I had over the next couple of days. I have already recommended this dealership, and Bob in particular to everyone I know. The next time my wife or I are in the market for another vehicle, we'll make the trip to Acton again. You should consider doing so as well. More

Then I went to Acton Toyota. Could not have had a better experience. Saw a car I liked, checked out the carfax that they provided, and bought it. They also brought the price down after I had already agreed to a higher price. I've heard this is a common thing by dealers to make a favorable impression - but that's fine. It worked for me. The key thing I felt was that I could trust the car I got from them. My impression is that they are not in it to trick people as they probably want my future business. More

When I went to the Annex, I didn't have to negotiate because their price was already $3,000 less for the same car. They made everything very easy and pain-free. I highly recommend this dealership! I loved that in the sales process there were none of the sales gimmicks from my past experiences elsewhere. ASfter we reaches an agreement, my next experience, with their financila manager, was efficient, pleasant and I thought he went out of his way to the best rate and length of time for me. After I had my car for a few days, Bob Gaudet followed up with me, to be sure all was going well with my car. What a painless pleasant experience the whole process was I would go there again myself and certainly send friends and family to Acton Toyota. My sincere thanks to them.
