Was very pleased with service - Bob was extremely knowledgable & helpful. He went above & beyond to have the vehicle ready for when I arrived to pick up. I was in the market for a used truck and the Acton Toyota Annex had the best selection and best prices. Bob Gaudet was a friendly host and I felt little if any pressure to buy or even haggle. The price for the truck, a 2002 Ford Ranger XLT, was below Kelly Blue Book and in great shape. It was clean, ran well, and was clearly cared for at the dealership. The paperwork was a relatively simple procedure and I didn't feel pressured or confused by financing jargon. They took care of the registration, plates and safety inspection. The whole experience, which included dealing with both Bob and the financial officer (can't remember his name), was positive and therefore scored 5/5. I give the price a 4/5 only because anything less than an incredible bargain (which doesn't exist anywhere) would never rate a 5/5. I would seriously consider the Acton Toyota Used Car Annex for another vehicle in the future, and have no problems recommending it to a friend or colleague. More

I did my homework on rates going into the dealership and they were spot on. Acton Toyota did the 30K check up prior to us purchasing it and put 4 new tires on the car without charging us a dime. Acton Toyota is a great place to purchase a car and if you go make sure that you get Carl. He was honest about what the car lacked and didn't mislead us. When negotiating price-he offered us a discount and it was enough to get us to buy the car from him instead others we were lookign at. I had been in an accident and my previous car was totalled, and I had already been to several other dealerships where I was made to feel very uncomfortable and pressured. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated like a human being and talked to intelligently. When it came time to purchase the car, they did everything possible to meet my needs and make the process simple. It took me less time to finish up the paper work for my car purchase than it took to check out at Staples down the road (but that's another story.) They handled all the paper work with the insurance company and registry and the car was all set for us to take home the very day we bought it!
