Bait And Switch I spent considerable time looking at ARM'S inventory and settled on one. I would've been driving 3 hours to complete this deal. Melody sent me a buyer's order with the final price. After leaving my bank, I sent her a photo of the check to show my good faith intentions to make the purchase the following morning. I called her later to confirm her receipt of it. She told me I had the price wrong yet the order she or ARM prepared included the exact VIN as the truck I wanted listed on their website. She said I must've confused her asking about a different truck. The serial numbers matched! Both Melody and the manager said I was more than welcome to pay the difference with a credit card. I really should've paid more attention to the negative reviews re: the integrity of this business. Now, I'm out a day's interest on the loan. More

surprised by pleasant expereince I was an out-of-town mom shopping for my 15 year old son's first car. We were in the budget range of a 12 year old 4Runner. My son liked the 4Runner (he had done a lot of research!), and Melody was up front enough to tell us that there are mobile mechanics who will inspect the car for potential buyers. Ron from Ace Inspectors gave us the green light. The 3 or 4 small things on Ron's list (e.g., a couple of light bulbs) were fixed by AR.
