BMW X3 SILVER Spoke with a salesman named Russell and inquired about a silver BMW x3 with approx 75k miles. The pictures looked okay on Auto trader. I told Russell that my daughter and I would be coming from out of state to look at the car and if satisfied would purchase it. He assured me it was in great condition. I mentioned that I would be looking at a few other dealerships in the area and he had the audacity to tell me to go to those dealerships first and come to him last because the vehicle was so great that we would be driving it home. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! When we got there Russell had pawn the vehicle off to another salesperson named Reggie. He pulled the vehicle up and we inspected the vehicle and saw flaws on the exterior that weren't shown in the pictures. The interior? HORRIBLE! They actually had the nerve to bring out the vehicle with the upholstery falling from the top of vehicle, which wasn't mentioned in their description, nor mentioned to us before we arrived to the dealership. We did not even take the time to test drive the vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They are not honest and will sell you anything. I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. Very pathetic, unprofessional and classless people. I cannot even give it one star! More

So, far the car is running excellent. Had a second mechanic take a look and he reassures me, " it's one of the better used cars he's seeing." BEWARE First I spoke to salesman Reggie,then a lady name Melody, called my husband and lied to him saying she spoke to me.Then Michael got involved.First day First I spoke to salesman Reggie,then a lady name Melody, called my husband and lied to him saying she spoke to me.Then Michael got involved.First day we spent all day because our car overheated so they gave our money back.So we were ok they're fair people.Then they called my husband saying they fixed the problem.11/19 2016 makes one weak that we've had this vehicle and it left me stranded on the side of the road when I called Michael he told me that I bought a used vehicle as is and if I bought that vehicle and the transmission fill out of it that's just too bad because I bought it as is so I took it to AutoZone to put it on the machine to see if I could would come out to see what the problem might be and the gentleman at AutoZone said that my vehicle kicked out no kind of clothes at all and that from what he could tell that it had been fixed and cleaned out where even if there were anything wrong with my vehicle you wouldn't be able to detect it because of how they cleaned out the computer system to read no codes so I'm telling you beware if you don't have a good mechanic 2 trailer let it go over only God knows what you're getting because these people will piece things together that's our bodies look great and will make you think that you're getting it a gem when you're really get junk More
