I had a very positive online experience with Melody Coleman who worked hard to understand my desires and needs prior to my first visit. She found the vehicle I was looking for at a price I could afford. The vehicle is a 2002 Avalanche with 166,000 miles that is in such great condition it looks like new with only 2 slight imperfections. We LOVE this truck and are so glad we met and dealt with Melody and AR Motorsports. We have already recommended them to several friends the first day we drove the truck and got rave reviews from everyone who looked at it!!! More

Out cold I bought a 2008 Mercedes E320 on Saturday 9-17. Before I purchased the car, Reggie, the salesman who raved about AR Motorsports integrity, said “if I bought a 2008 Mercedes E320 on Saturday 9-17. Before I purchased the car, Reggie, the salesman who raved about AR Motorsports integrity, said “if you buy a car today and something goes wrong tomorrow, we could do something about it”. Reggie was so excited he sold the car that he gave me all signed documents and the key to the car without asking for my money! I could have walked out of there without paying... but of course I am not that kind of person, so I gave him a check. The NEXT DAY, Sunday 9-18, the CHECK ENGINE warning light came on. I took the car to Autozone to have a free diagnostic check, and was provided with a print out of the car's problem: Turbo underboost. I contacted Reggie and asked for help. He referred me to Eric Bexler, the mechanic, who instructed me via email to bring the car in for a diagnosis. Mr. Bexler said that the diagnosis would take less than 1 hour. I left my car with Mr. Bexler for three days. He finally revealed that there maybe problems in 3 possible areas. However, I would have to pay for parts plus $85/hour for labor! I don't think AR Motorsports is “dedicated to keeping his customers happy”, its “business acumen is thorough”, and that they sell “quality used cars”. By the way, I spent 15 minutes on the internet to read about the turbo underboost problem, I found the same possibilities that could cause it. I am presenting the facts and let you be the judge. More
