Good group to work with! Ok, things could have gone bad, but it worked out good in the long run. Purchased a 2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet convertible. Been looking for this very Ok, things could have gone bad, but it worked out good in the long run. Purchased a 2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet convertible. Been looking for this very car for over 3 years. Flew to Atlanta from Kansas City planning to start drive back home on Friday afternoon. Dealt with Mike over the internet. Once I got there, Dean took me out to go through the car. Everything was looking good until he tried to open the top.It would not complete the transition from closed to open. The mechanic said it was the motor and they would replace it, but it would have to be the next day. Stayed overnight and came back next morning. Started the walk through again and top did it again. Now I'm worried. They had to go buy a new motor. Got it installed and all is good. I was acceptable - they couldn't help it, the motor just went. Because the deal was an "AS IS", I felt lucky that it did not go out after I left the lot. Audi has a "Check" system and it said that all was good when I left the lot. Everything worked until after 12 hours of driving and now the key fob won't lock or unlock the doors. Changed the battery in the fob, but still not working. I have been wanting this specific car for some time so I guess I'll put up with a little inconvenience for a bit. Just sent them notice that the fob is not working, so I expect them to come back quickly with an answer. As for the guys I dealt with, Mike, Dean and Rick; they truly are professionals. They are busy, so if they don't sit and listen to your life story it's because they are busy. Give 'em a break. Rick the mechanic told me about Audi's and what to watch out for. No other dealer has ever gone into that depth with me on any car. It was great!!! To the owner: You are very fortunate. You have a staff of guys that not only care, but show it. I wish I had that caliber of staff. To Mike, Dean and Rick; I will recommend you to anybody that asks. Thanks. More

Nice, but they need to work on a few things. I visited AR Motorsports on 10/09/2015, I was interested on a 2005 Mercedes E55. First of all they will not haggle or price negotiation at all. That's not a deal killer, so I asked the salesman for the key he was nice and said sure no problem. I check the car out, somethings I like , something I didn't still was not a deal killer. When I asked could we go for a test drive the guy said" I cant take the car off the lot unless I know you are serious . Now that floored me!!!!!! Driving the car is what would make you want to buy the car!!!!!! I thought since they only sale high end sports cars that they knew that. I politely told my 12 year old son to get out the car , gave the man the key and said "Thanks , But No THanks" and was on my way. AR Motors everyone should be able to test drive cars, don't profile people for how they look. If I was going to by a car that's not something I broadcast to a salesman anyway, I play my cards close to my chest. Hopefully you will see the errors of your ways. Never Again More

I'd go back for another purchase. Prior to my purchase from AR, I visited several large dealerships. For the most part walking into these other dealerships I got a typical 'high-pressu Prior to my purchase from AR, I visited several large dealerships. For the most part walking into these other dealerships I got a typical 'high-pressure car salesman atmosphere' vibe. I didn't get that feeling at AR. It was a rather pleasant experience. Only negative thing is there is ZERO negotiating with these guys. It also would have been nice to have had my truck vacuumed out before leaving, but the detail guys had left for the day at that point. Working with the finance guy made up for this though; Dean was very pleasant. Over all I would recommend this place to a friend. The staff (Mike, Rusty, Dean) is really friendly and there is a wide range of vehicles on the lot. Would I go back for another purchase? Yes. More

Purchase of 2006 Volvo I would rate this a positive experience. While I found the price on KBB to be lower than advertised when presented to Mike and team I was fairly show I would rate this a positive experience. While I found the price on KBB to be lower than advertised when presented to Mike and team I was fairly shown how they arrived at their price (namely NAPA) and explained why to my satisfaction. Going into the negotiation it became apparent that this is a no haggle outfit. I actually prefer that. All in all we believe Mike was low pressure and provided any and all information we needed in helping to make this big decision. We have been extremely happy with the car and while there are little things here and there that come with buying a used vehicle it has been nothing major. I would and have recommended this dealership and Mike to several people I know that are in the market. More

I found that everyone at AR Motorsports, especially my sales rep/finance rep Dean Phillips to be incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to my concerns and questions and straight forward. He made sure that everything I was looking for happened. I got the car I wanted, payment that I wanted, a great price and customer service was great. My Audi A6 is great, low miles and drove like a dream! I plan to refer people or anyone to Dean and AR Motorsports. I walked out of there with a smile on my face, new keys in my pocket, just a great experience all around!
