Salesp I recently retired as a federal law enforcement agent and was looking to buy a used truck. I stopped by AR Motorsport to look at their trucks. Salesperson, Dean Phillips, came out to assist me. Told him I was looking for a truck. I showed him the two I was interested in. Dean was very helpful in telling me about the two trucks I was looking at. He could have very easily tried to sell me the more expensive truck, but based on what I was looking for he gave me his opinion and I purchased the F150. Its been my experience at most used car lots that salespersons will try to upsale you to try to get a bigger commission, but not Dean. He was more concerned about me buying the truck that was best for me. A few days later as the bank was completing the paperwork and Dean was getting the truck ready, I took my wife up to the lot to pick up the truck. We saw a very clean looking E350 Mercedes Benz. I asked Dean about the car. Again, Dean was vey knowledgable about the vehicle and gave me the keys for a test drive. About two days later I came back to buy that same car from Dean. About 4 weeks later, I had an issue with the truck. I called AR Motorsports and they put Victor Cooper, one of the Mechanics on the phone. I told Victor what the problem was, not know what kind of response I would get and without hesitation, Victor said "bring it up in the morning and I will take care of it". My issue was not a mechanical problem, but Victor said he will take a look at it and take care of it. I brought it in and later that same day Victor had determined what the problem was and emailed me something from the internet showing how F150 trucks had been experiencing these same issues. Victor took care of it and I pick my truck up the next day. Thats what I mean by customer service; before, during and after. Anyone can sell you car, but its this kind of customer service that will keep me coming back. thanks guys.... Darryl.... More
