Straightforward, no gimmicks I arrived without calling and was able to test drive a specific vehicle, which isn't always possible. 15+ Year's Experience = Incomparable Customer Service After quite a few weeks of looking into the Land Rover Range Rover body style, that I had decided to surprise my wife with, my search had been narrowe After quite a few weeks of looking into the Land Rover Range Rover body style, that I had decided to surprise my wife with, my search had been narrowed to to 3 dealerships. One of the dealers was in CA (I'm an Alabama resident), so it got ruled out quickly. The second was a well-known company in Marietta and the third was AR Motorsports. Naively, I decided on the company in Marietta, with a flashy website and quirky salespeople. I finalized a deal, paid earnest money and prepped my weekend plans to make the drive. Without warning, I was called and informed my vehicle was no longer available (no explanation was given and no effort was made to apologize for the inconvenience). In a panic, I called Rusty Hill and Dean Phillips at AR Motorsports and explained to him my situation. He was able to get the car prepped, the deal specifics outlined and supported my visit same day and at late-notice until over 2 hours after closing time. Deal was finalized, car has lower miles, full service history, etc. Do yourself a favor, if you're in the market for a Used vehicle, and give Rusty or Dean a call. These people know what they're doing, and in a world seemingly full of dealers concerned only with their bottom line, AR Motorsports is a dealer for the people. More
