CUSTOMERS BEWARE! On February 8, 2018, my parents went to this dealership to buy a van. My parents test drove the van they eventually purchased but during the test driv On February 8, 2018, my parents went to this dealership to buy a van. My parents test drove the van they eventually purchased but during the test drive, my father noticed that the back air conditioning system was not working. He mentioned this to the salesperson, Francisco, who said that it wasn’t an issue and that the dealership would order the part and then replace it at no cost to my parents once he finalized his purchase. My father was then taken to meet with the Sales Manager, Leonardo Valdez, Francisco being present, and the individual doing the financing, a gentleman named Jose Angel who purported to be the owner of the dealership. Again, my father mentioned the a/c issue and a mechanic was called, who inspected the van, and advised all parties that there was a problem with the a/c relay system, electrical in nature, and that the part that needed to be replaced was less than $100. The dealership employees assured my father that the part would be ordered and that he could return in seven (7) days to have the part replaced, at no cost to him. To date, no repair or part was replaced. My father called after the initial seven days and was told that the part had not arrived. In the effort of saving time, and not detail every single interaction, my father kept getting the run around. My father called and the salesperson, Francisco, told him to speak to the sales manager, Leonardo. Leonardo told my father that he had ordered the part himself and it would arrive shortly. A few days later, when my dad called to inquire and follow up, Leonardo advised him that my father had been lied to and that no part would be replaced or provided at this time, and that the dealership owner, allegedly Mr. Jose Angel, said that my father could sue if he wished to recover the part promised to him. My father was given Jose Angel’s phone number and he called him right away. Jose told my father that he had two options: he could either pay for the repair himself and send them a bill, which my father declined to do because he was already aware of this company’s shady tactics, or in the alternative, he could pay his first car note and send the dealership a copy of the payment as an insurance policy of sorts, and then he would get his a/c fixed by them. As I am sure you can understand, my father’s loan has nothing to do with the dealership because it is a private bank and my parents have already contracted into the loan on the date of the van’s purchase. Jose Angel’s contingency agreement that my father pay his car note to get his repair has nothing to do with their original verbal contract for the repair, much less does it make any sense in logic. I called Jose Angel to inquire as to the meaning of this run around and ask why my father’s a/c part and service had not been completed. A check of Sunbizz.org revealed that the dealership is under a registered agent named Tova Nachum, and Jose Angel is nowhere listed on any corporate document. Since he was the last person my father dealt with, I decided to speak to him, even though he had already lied about his position and the repair. At this point, he told me to have my father pass by the dealership to pick up the part. My father went on the same day, today, and called me upon arrival so that I could listen to the conversation between them. Again, Jose Angel denied knowing of any agreement which he himself was present and privy to on February 8, 2018. My father has a slew of messages from dealership staff relaying the delay of the a/c part and that being the reason why the repair hadn’t been done, further proving that he indeed was promised a repair from the first day. Jose Angel also told my father that he had not asked him to come in for the part, as he had advised me over the phone for my father to do, and additionally to that, I had sent a confirmation text to his cell phone number letting him know my father was on the way to pick up both his tag and the a/c part. In the interest of saving my father, who is recuperating from four hernia repairs, the aggravation that comes with dealing with these individuals who have lied to him and caused him this unnecessary stress, I told him to get his tag and leave. We recognize that it was our responsibility to further investigate this dealership prior to making a purchase. After reviewing the Florida Department of Highway and Motor Vehicle Safety Manual for car buyers, the pamphlet warns of shady business practices and how dealerships have taken advantage of buyers. However, we feel it our duty to expose them and hopefully save others from falling prey to their shady business practices and unethical behavior. More

Worked with Chris and Danny, both were excellent to deal with. Very friendly and not pushy. Big kudos especially to Danny as he really helped us out. We bought a truck we didn't even come there to look at and we absolutely love it. The sales office is really small but the service of the staff made that not matter. Highly recommend this dealership. They use fake ads to bring you and worst Went this week to buy a car advertised on Craiglist.com. After seating with one of the manager and agreeing to a price, [since I was paying in full] I Went this week to buy a car advertised on Craiglist.com. After seating with one of the manager and agreeing to a price, [since I was paying in full] I went to my bank, got a cashier check to get the vehicle. When I came back to the dealer I was informed that, the ad was wrong, therefore that was not the right price for that vehicle. Now they told me the car could not be sold for that price we had already agreed, another manager offered to waived the dealer fees but now the vehicle was $3000 more than the price advertised and agreed that morning 45 minutes earlier. The original ad from Craiglist was deleted and replaced by a new ad with a higher price, the car is in fair condition the interior is worn out, needs tires and is not worth what they claim, I had printed out the original ad from Craiglist.com, so I am filing a complaint with the Division of Motor Vehicle for their behavior and with the Florida General Attorney for the bogus ad, whether is a mistake or a planned trick is there to see. SO BUYERS BEWARE!!! More
A Scam and Total Rip Off. They will Bait and Switch Dealer was called prior to driving two hours to make sure that the car advertised on Craigslist was still for sale. Talked with ANA the salesperson re Dealer was called prior to driving two hours to make sure that the car advertised on Craigslist was still for sale. Talked with ANA the salesperson responsible on the listing. She positively confirmed that the exact car listed was on the lot, had the year, model, mileage and price as listed and that a Carfax would be provided and that she would have the car ready for me to see. I then drove an Hour each way only to find that the car did not exist and that they had other cars at double the price or that was completely different then the one advertised. My complaints about the bait and switch was uncaring and my threat to report them met with a we don't care and you don't scare us. Do not under any circumstances buy from this shoddy dealer. They deserve the "F" rating and their rating should have a few letters after the "F". More
