Sales person tells you they will repair everything. All LIES Sales people and including sales manager are horrible. They tell you that they will fix everything on the vehicle and in the end they rush you through Sales people and including sales manager are horrible. All the cars on the lot were all visibly damaged so they obviously don't care abut their inventory. The cars we went to test drive weren't there even after having called when first in route. Two of the cars chosen didn't have keys that could be found, & two others driven both had mechanical issues, 1 the engine & the other brakes & rotors. None of them were in a condition to be sold. It was a waste of time. To add to it our credit was run 5 times without authorization. More

Stay Away, Don't Pay Attention to 'good' Reviews! Scammers! Listen to the bad reviews people. These people here are EVIL!!! They are WICKED, Nasty, Disgusting Thieves! I found a car on their lot, car seemed fine with the exception of ***** I arrived, the car was not even washed or anything done because they didn't know I was coming. WHat ??? I just gave you my money and I wouldn't be coming ? Think I just wanted to give you a gift for being such a good dealership ? Wth? I asked for my downpayment as I didn't have the time for this, they assured me that everything would be okay, and they'll have the car ready for me to leave with on the same day. In the end, after a month and half later when the bank called me and told me I was past due, I checked online and noticed my principal was at least $4,000 higher than it was supposed to be. I contacted the dealer after much trouble and run around trying to reach someone to talk to, apparently they have no managers or owners, and the owners "could be on the beach in Dubai right now " as far as Manny stated when I approached him with this issue and asked for an owner or manager. I asked for a copy of my financing application/contract from the dealer, Manny says that the files are in another office and it is going to take him a while to find them because he doesn't know where they are. He says he can't help me and no one can. So I contact the financing company and request a copy of the finance application/contract, only to find out that the sale price of the car on the application was the original price of the car even when that is DEFINITELY NOT what we agreed to, and then what's more is that they forged my signature on that application! At this point, I am done with this dealership. They Are thieves! Crooks! After all of this, I was told that this dealership is the epitome of the used car dealership stereotype. Please don't pay the good reviews any mind. I am a 'reviews' person, and I checked their reviews before purchasing. Little did I know they were written by the dealership! I am sooooo disappointed. People work hard for their money and it is not right for these guys to be stealing people's hard earned money and getting away with it. Disgusted by these people and all who work there. No ethics, no standards, no customer service. Nothing. Just pure fraud and foolery. More

I walked out the office to look for the car....car doesn't even exist. Talking about "it was sold this morning". Mind you...I called on Several occasions to make sure the car was there....FLAT OUT LIE!! Most of the cars there that I looked at had some type of cosmetic damage. for example...there is a black 2011 bmw 328i coupe that has a big xxx key mark from the back of the car to the front on the driver's side, the front headlights are cracked. The 2010 Audi A4 they wanted me to look at had scratches on the inside driver's side door, it didn't sound right when it starts up, it needed servicing....and the list goes on! Definitely would not recommend this place at all. This place should be called "A+ FRAUD AUTOS" not "A luxury autos"........DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

I almost bought a 20000 $ car and the dealer and manager kept telling me that it has a clean carfax, but they were kind of avoiding showing the document. 3 times they confirmed the fact that the car wasn't in any accident. Also they make you wait a very long time before providing the paperwork, numbers... After spending there almost 5 hours, just before signing the final papers I insisted to see the carfax document and it turned out that the car had an accident and they were totally dishonest. Still in that second they tried to sell me xx. While waiting, I saw 2 incidents with people reporting being unhappy with their purchases and they were treated with complete lack of professionalism, the dealers were yelling to intimidate them and also after that they were not answering the phone anymore. I hope this helps other people, stay away!!! More

I went in initially because they had an older car that I wanted to pick up an So, let me tell you about my experience with A Luxury Auto this weekend. I went in initially because they had an older car that I wanted to pick up and upon driving 2 hours to get to the location, they told me the car was "sold." It's still displayed on their website as in stock but I overheard one of the sales people in the back office saying it was at their other location. The sales person that I was speaking with was a young guy who was very polite. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a plethora of coffee stained and jacked up rides for a ridiculous amount of money. His supervisor kept pushing him to get me in a car and the Lexus that I tested out was a smooth ride, but it was overpriced and all the tires were shot. The tire was actually coming off of the rims, so buyers beware. The second Lexus that I looked at was dead and he was going to jump the battery but I told him that I wasn't really interested at this point. They had "lost" my keys when they went to appraise my car, which is some cheap tactic to get me to stay at the lot longer. There might be a few good cars on the lot, but from what I had looked at, it was high-mileage and overpriced cars. Definitely will not be returning. Six hours of my life were completely wasted on this place and I would bring a mechanic with you before ever buying one of these cars. More
