Horrible experience,this place is by far the worse dealership in the state.They post cars that don’t exist,confirm and verify that the car is there and when you show up they show you a piece of garbag dealership in the state.They post cars that don’t exist,confirm and verify that the car is there and when you show up they show you a piece of garbage and try to switch you into that car because the original car they posted does not exist and they will have excuse after excuse,one guy said they sold it even though they confirmed it was there.Thwn a sales guy told me it went back to the auction and another guy said it had problems and went to a shop.All lies and can’t even share the same story to keep the lies straight.Wasted my time and there’s not one car I seen there that looked anything like the phots posted,lot full of lemons.Stay far away,look up their reviews on any site,all bad.Flush your money down the toilet before you go to this dump. Recently my brother purchased a Ford Van 2015 that was listed for $12,000 and I will strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership at all cost. Recently my brother purchased a Ford Van 2015 that was listed for $12,000 at A Luxury Auto. The van had 150,000miles on it and it was evaluated from Kelly Blue Book between $6000 to $8000. The van was accounted for $16,000.00 after the dealer fees, taxes and so on. My brother and his wife signed the contract electronically and the Salesman told them they are unable to print out the contract. They were told to come back the next day. He was turned around several time before he was able to receive the printed contract. When he received the contract, he found that the total price was accounted for $19,214. All the numbers were changed in the computer with his electronic signature and his wife electronic signature listed on it as they were consented to the deal. The fact that the salesman intentionally get their electronic signatures gave them legal rights to justify their actions that left my brother powerless. So to anyone looking for a vehicle don’t leave without getting a written contract and do your research before you get trapped. More

I’m a lady so didn’t know about it. I came to Toyota to check up the car, they told me to bring back to the dealership to ask them fix it within 30 days by law. Then I came back to get everything fixed and they said NO 2/ cheating price: they sold the price out door 11.5k to me by Debi a man. He said It’s the pay off price out door and I just need to wait for the title by mail. Guess what, when I came to get the plate , they asked me to pay $398 for the plate and tax $1,680 which should be included in the out of door price already. 3/ cheating insurance: he said he could buy a car insurance for me $476/6 months. It comes out that $476 is only for 1 month but I paid the first month already, the monthly is $261/month, total $1,300 left and can’t change it. 4/ cheating by trying to get under table money: the sales man try to get my money for himself by saying that he helps me a lot. SHADY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!! We immediately let them know that we didn't intend to do an THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!! We immediately let them know that we didn't intend to do any financing or down payments. We just wanted to pay cash and be done with it and not owe anything. Including the sales taxes. Which they agreed upon after getting approval from the "owner" on the price.So we paid it in full. Supposedly including the sales tax which we made clear to include. They repeatedly told us not to worry, that everything would be taken care of. The truck was not in the best shape as they had advertised. "like new". A lot of dings and scratches on the bed. I asked them repeatedly if they had the title because they claimed it was off site at their office. Which they assured us that they did have it and not to worry. They took our money and gave us the payment receipt along with the temporary license plate. A month goes by and no title has been sent. We call them and they say call next week. So we do and they say the same thing for 3 weeks. Finally they say that they didn't receive the title from the auction yet and they would work on getting it to us. Eventually they have a woman call me asking me to send proof of insurance. She tells me that she would send the title and that we would have to pay the taxes because we had not yet. I was just relieved to be getting the title after 2 months of getting the run around that I wasn't too upset that they lied to us about the taxes being paid. When I finally go to get the title and tag we find out tells that there's a lien on the vehicle because the amount that we had paid was the DOWNPAYMENT!!!!!!! BOGUS AND RIDICULOUS!!!!!! The title did not have a lien hold on it though. Just a document they had sent stating that we still owed them money.This was the first time we had laid eyes on said document!!!Which I am absolutely certain WE DID NOT SIGN AND DID NOT AGREE UPON!!!!!! In the column next to the amount owed there was another section stating that THERE WAS NO LIEN ON THE VEHICLE. There had been no discussion of additional payments EVER when we paid for it in full. I spoke to the manager about it who laughed when I told him what julien said and told me to bring the car back another day to get it cleaned.
