Justin went above and beyond to form a relationship with us. He even showed us their Land Cruiser's from the 70's since we own a 1978. Sara showed me that leasing a car was the best choice I could make, and would benefit me in the long run. The price was great, and it left me with money in the bank. I really love the car and spent the weekend in NYC on a road trip with my friends. Everybody that went had a better time due to the car, and when I told them the deal I had gotten they were impressed. I first started looking for a used Honda Element last week and I actually got "bait and switched" by the sales woman and was flatout lied to from the start. I made explicit instructions what I was looking for and the budget we had on my first visit to the dealer and several follow up phone calls. She telephoned me a day later saying they had just gotten in the Element I desired so plans were made to see it. I had a scheduled appointment to test drive the car she claimed they had and when I arrived I was told the car was sold the previous evening. Neither the car nor the documents she claimed she would have for me were there. No phone calls before we traveled over to the dealer to test drive the vehicle. Even after my repeated calls to her in the morning which were unanswered because she was "busy". When I asked where the car was and she said they sold it I was told the computers were not connected between the buildings and she didn't know it had been sold and promptly tred to sell us a Rav4 at twice the price! Ironically, the exact vehicle they told me they had, the Element, which was sold at auction the night before my scheduled test drive, I found it a local small dealer's lot the next day and have now purchased it! Quite stupid on Courtesy's part as they sold it for auction at far less then I would have paid for it initially. My wife and I have owned various Toyota's our entire lives (I have a truck now) but we would NEVER visit this dealer again for any vehicle or service. More

Our salesman, Ron Anderson worked with us on both items and really helped to put together right vehicle with the best deal for us. He informed us that with the lease option comes 2 years of full maintenance free (oil changes, filters, fluids, tire rotations, etc.) and 3 years bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle. We couldn't pass it up. Jimmy Huff, the Business Manager assisted with the final paperwork, making sure that everything was in order and the final paperwork was accurate.
