I have been a loyal toyota customer since 1997 and I've worked with a few different Toyota dealers. I can honestly say I recieved the best service ever at Courtesy Toyota. Had it not been for Shannons frie worked with a few different Toyota dealers. I can honestly say I recieved the best service ever at Courtesy Toyota. Had it not been for Shannons friendly phone call from the beginning I may have gone elsewhere but I didn't. I was so happy to be treated with respect and courtesy. Shannon is very knowledgeable about the cars that she sells and as Shannon said, "she needed to find a car that I loved, not just liked". That's a great salesperson, to go above and beyond the customers expectations. She succeeded, and she made the entire car buying experience more pleasant than I had expected. I want to also give kudos to Jimmy, who really went to bat for me and worked out a deal that I could live with rather than try to get me into a payment that I knew I couldn't afford. Jimmy gave me "matter of fact" information that allowed me to make decisions without any pressure and I truly appreciate the work that he did. More
Shannon was very professional, responsive, friendly and cooperative. She and Jimmy Huff helped me solve a problem with an Extended Warranty Contract on my Toyota Prius and helped me find the best, used ca cooperative. As I test drove a bunch of cars and tried to decide model and price range, Shannon was helpful and informative. I feel like I got a fair price on the Civic and was treated with respect and humor. Shannon turned the Contract issue over to Jimmy Huff and he resolved it quickly and professionally. Jimmy then reviewed the financing for my purchase of the Civic and even had a good recommendation for where to go and who to talk to about snow tires for the Civic. So, Jimmy was also professional, responsive, friendly and courteous and he also showed a good sense of humor. More
I am from New York, and have been buying used vehicles for 30 years. I went to Courtesy Toyota because I saw a vehicle on line that I was interested in. I spoke with Sales rep. Billy Mac. He was very stra for 30 years. I went to Courtesy Toyota because I saw a vehicle on line that I was interested in. I spoke with Sales rep. Billy Mac. He was very straight forward, and receptive to me. I ended up in Vermont because every dealer that I spoke with in New York, treated me like I was a dim-witted step child. Bill was very friendly and took my word on the condition of the vehicle I was trading in.......very uncommon in the used car business!! When I arrived I was treated like I was someone special!. The Sales Manager Craig Stevens took a quick look at my trade in. Said that It was as I had told them. They gave me what I wanted to get for my vehicle, and the truck I bought from them was at an Exceptional Price! Mike from the finance office, gave me some freebies and some great advice and ultimately a great payment plan!! What more can I say......Courtesy Toyota is GREAT!!!! THANKS ALOT GUYS!!!! Its been 8 days since I spoke with one of your salesman. I spoke with him last Friday morning. He took my information and said he had to go to a meeting and would call me back. I told him I had $10K in cash and needed a car ASAP. Your website doesn't have prices! This is criminal. I will never buy a vehicle from you based on this experience. Town & Country Honda sold me a wonderful 2008 corolla with 43K for $10K and they will get my business again in the future. Their salesman called me back immediately, did a courtesy pick up to bring to the showroom and sold me a car promptly that afternoon. More
Wow, is all I can say! I had been contemplating buying a new vehicle for some time and one day late at night I quoted some prices online. The very next morning I got a very friendly email from Shannon expla new vehicle for some time and one day late at night I quoted some prices online. The very next morning I got a very friendly email from Shannon explaining who she was and that she was available for meetings and wanted to talk to me about what it was that I truly wanted before pricing anything for me. I waited a few days, being wary of people in car sales, and then emailed her back. I explained a little bit about myself and what I was looking for. Again, I got a very friendly response and an open invitation. We eventually set up a meeting time and I was greeted by a great big smile and a hello. I walked in around 11 and Shannon stayed with me all day, with the exception of a lunch/think break for me, until 7:15 when I drove off the lot in my brand new RAV4. Shannon negotiated with me and was upfront about what kind of a customer I was and still am. She knew that if the deal wasn't right I wasn't buying and that I wasn't into bartering and haggling. After running around in the rain all day, she brought me over to meet with Jimmy. I was first put off by Jimmy's slick appearance and straight forward attitude. He told me at first that I couldn't have what I wanted at the price I wanted it it. Of course, I wasn't super pleased with that information, as anyone who's told they can't get what they want. I looked at a couple other models but my mind was back on my car. I took a lunch break and met back with Shannon. We talked, like old friends, about what my bottom realistic line was. We wrote it down on a well-loved piece of paper, complete with a vroom-vroom beep beep and a signature. She walked back out into the rain and came back with a smile and a handshake. I had successfully gotten the car I fell in love with at a price I could afford. Shannon spoke to me like a friend, dealt with me like family and was truly happy at the end of the day. (Although I'm not sure if it was because of me getting the car or her getting to go home ;) It was a long day, and that crimpled piece of paper with a signature shows all of the hard work she put in. Jimmy turned out to be a fantastic finance manager, he made recommendations as if I was family and made the paperwork simple easy and quick. I think I met everyone that was working and then hoped in my new car. Sometimes I can't believe it's mine and I can't help but smile when I think of the experience I had with Shannon. So, I recommend this dealership and especially Shannon. She is phenomal and deserves a gold star and a new pair of plaid rain boots for all the work she did for me. Thank you, thank you. I will be shouting your name(s) from the roof tops! More

After a long 4 days of car shopping for my first car with my mom, Courtesy was our final destination. The dealerships we went to prior to Courtesy failed to acknowledge my budget and made it seem like it wo my mom, Courtesy was our final destination. The dealerships we went to prior to Courtesy failed to acknowledge my budget and made it seem like it would be impossible for me to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. The first dealer at Courtesy we met was George; extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me find a couple of cars that were in my budget. One of the cars I was interested in was getting a paint job so I had to come back to the dealership the next day to test drive it. However, George was not going to be there the next day because it was his day off. Instead of pressuring me into buying a car that very day (like typical car dealers would),he introduced me to Shannon. My mom and I returned to Courtesy the next day feeling more confident in the car shopping experience. Before I test drove the car I had returned to drive, Shannon sat my mom and I down and get to know us better and figure out what I was looking for in a car. She wanted to make sure that I purchased a car that I loved but could also afford. A car is a big investment so you should love what you are getting! Shannon ended up finding me a used car that was essentially new but had a lot of miles on it. Within the first hundred yards of the test drive, my mom and I loved it. The price was slightly over my budget but Shannon was able to get it down to a price that was a bargain for what I was getting! Next my mom and I had to go through with the dreaded paperwork process. My mom had told me that this was the worst part of buying a car. However, with Jimmy, it was a breeze! Jimmy was extremely helpful and efficeient. My mom said that she had never seen anyone do the paperwork that fast. When we returned home, my mom informed my dad that the next time they needed to purchase a new car they would be going to Courtesy (instead of the dealership that they have been going to for the past ten years!) :0 I am extremely happy with the experience I had a Courtesy and would strongly reccommend them to others! I only wish I had gone to Courtesy first... :) More

I had contacted shanon through the web site and asked pretty specifically that hey I got a car still has some negative equity and need to find a 4WD or AWD to fit my needs and not end up in the hole either farther. Well we corresponded for a couple days with ideas and trying to narrow it down. We got it narrowed down to a couple vehicles and I was invited down for a test drive to see what I thought. I wandered in and was greeted, how to say well like I was walking in to my old friends house verse a sales office. I was shown a few selections and just did not feel right so we did some more digging and found the FJ Cruiser I now have in my driveway. They worked very hard getting me the right price and right trade in, but even more important was how hard they worked with me on gtting the bank to agree with the terms that I want. Shannon and Craig are such a fantastic team I am actually looking forward to the next vehicle I buy from them when the time comes More
