Dealership is local. Looked online and contacted Shannon Bolduc to road test several vehicles and see if the dealership had one that fit the need. Settled on a 2008 Toyota Certified Used Corolla. Informed S Bolduc to road test several vehicles and see if the dealership had one that fit the need. Settled on a 2008 Toyota Certified Used Corolla. Informed Shannon that the vehicle needed to have both my wife and daughters name on title to insure for daughter to drive and eventually take full ownership of car after finishing college in another state. Also told Shannon that we would take delivery of the car the following friday as the check for the deposit would not be funded until then. Shannon requested that my wife come in to fill out financial paperwork on friday evening which she did. That is when the problems began. Kat, the finance person, took it upon herself apparently to finalize the paperwork after badgering my wife about an extended warranty and insulting her when she declined the additional coverage. My wife questioned Kat about her daughters name not being on the paperwork and was assured by both Kat and Shannon that it was not necessary. My wife wanted to call me to verify but was told by Kat it was not necessary. My wife signed and came home with her copies. When my wife told me what had transpired and showed me the paperwork I immediately tried to call the dealership back to correct the problem but they had closed and gone home. I called saturday morning and after being told differing stories finally made the finance department understand that our daughters name had to be on the Title for her to be able to get insurance coverage in the state she is going to college in. Shannon did overnight ship the paperwork to our daughter for her to sign and she overnight shipped it back. When we went back to the dealership the following friday evening to take delivery of the Corolla Shannon was busy with other customers and sent a lot person to bring it to the front of the dealership. I do not know the person who worked with my wife to resign paperwork for the car. He was pleasant but knew nothing about the sale and of little use when I asked where the second key for the car was. He went looking for someone to give us answers and eventually Kat came over. Kat told us that the vehicle only had one key. If we wanted to purchase another we could do so for an additional $100.00. At that moment in time I became very uncivilized. I pushed the paperwork back and told her to keep the car, told my wife I had to leave and left the dealership. After I regained some of my composure I called the dealership and asked to speak to the manager. The first call went to voicemail which seems to be normal protocol at this dealership. I immediately called back and instructed the person that answered that I wanted to speak to the manager not leave a message. After the person could not immediately locate the manager he took my name and number and said he would have him call me back. About ten minutes later I received a call from Todd Mobley I believe. My composure was not good and we did not have a pleasant conversation but he said he would check and get back to me. Todd called back to advise me that he would have a key ready for me at 9:00 AM saturday. I called the dealership at 9:00 AM saturday and was told that parts could not make the key because they could not access the code from Toyota. I was assured that they would have a key made by a dealership where our daughter is going to school. The communication or lack of was confirmed when I reached our daughters home thirteen hundred miles away with the car. Apparently Shannon or someone at the dealership had someone come in saturday to code the key to the car. Too bad no one called to let me know. I also noticed that the right rear wheel cover was not seated properly so I pushed it back into the wheel believing it might just not have been mounted completely. Thirteen hundred miles later it is missing. The outcome of our experience has been that I have contacted Toyota Motor Company to advise them of my customer concerns. The key has been delivered and coded to the car. Todd called to say that he would look into getting a wheel cover which apparently is not going to happen because when he asked if that would satisfy me I told him that what I really want is a formal apology to my wife from Kat and Shannon. Would I buy another Toyota? Probably. Would I do business locally? If you are treated this way would you? More

I was looking to upgrade my base model standard shift Tacoma to a newer automatic tans. Tacoma. Shannon understood that the trade up was not imperative but rather elective. She worked with me for 2-3 m Tacoma to a newer automatic tans. Tacoma. Shannon understood that the trade up was not imperative but rather elective. She worked with me for 2-3 months and invited me up whenever a possibility was at the dealership. No pressure at all just assistance which i appreciated from a car dealer. We finally made a deal on a very clean 2011 Tacoma SR5. I feel the process was very agreeable and I am happy with the friendliness of everyone at the dealer and Shannons no pressure assistance to get the trade done. I have had service done on site on my previous truck and their new customer friendly approach is the best. I would recommend this dealer. More
