When we actually got to come to the store to view our Toyota Sienna from beginning to end she was helpful, considerate of our time and understood we had a certain budget to stick to. Shannon pointed out the things we didn't even know about the mini van and we ended up paying a little more than we planned at first. Why? Our service was exemplary and the things we paid for were benefits that will help us out in the long run. Shannon is not "just a car salesperson" she is the example of what a customer service representative should be. We now have a mini-van (which I LOVE) that will fit our family for a long time. My teenage son is not so thrilled as he is "thisclose" to getting his license and was hoping for something sportier :) I guess we will just have to send him to 802 Toyota when he has enough money to buy his own car! My husband and I came to 802 Toyota because we wanted to purchase a hybrid/family car. We found that having had a Toyota Prius prior to this recent purchase proved to help us save on gas. We had 2 cars we purchase a hybrid/family car. We found that having had a Toyota Prius prior to this recent purchase proved to help us save on gas. We had 2 cars we needed to trade in because they were high in miles and we needed something more for the family and was better on gas mileage. Plus, my husband needed a vehicle for long distance work and a hybrid was the one for us. We also learned from friends of ours that recently purchased a vehicle at 802 Toyota that Sam Wright was an excellent salesperson who didn't put any pressure on you and shared as much information needed to make our purchase. Everyone at 802 Toyota was great to deal with especially when it came to the financing. We are very happy to have a new family vehicle that is brand new, is great on gas mileage, and has a warranty for the lifetime of our payments of the car. 802 Toyota was great with offering us additional warranty coverage for the car since my husband will be driving this car for work. Eric was friendly, operated quickly, and made things easy. Took the time to understand what I wanted. Knew a lot about the vehicle and took a lot of time to show me the features that were different fr easy. Took the time to understand what I wanted. During test drive, didn't pester me with a lot of questions or info - he let me just drive the car the way I wanted and answered all of my questions. Also sat with me to connect phone by Bluetooth, and make sure I was ready to roll with that feature functioning properly. Even though I said I would take care of it later by reading the manual, Eric insisted on making sure it worked ASAP. I used it immediately, in fact, so he was right! More
