As we were debating where we would go to make our purchase, because there many options, I thought of Sam Clark. I knew Sam as a patron at the restaurant I work at and he has always been a great customer. He also told me that when I was ready to make that important purchase, that he would do everything he could to help make my experience the best possible. Well Sam did just that. From the knowledge of the product to the prompt service my wife and I were very impressed. He was able to get us a good price on our trade in and got us into a payment that we could afford and that was good for us. He explained the whole vehicle to us instead of just letting us figure it out and sent us on our way with a great feeling and a great new truck! His high professionalism, patience and genuine willingness to find the common ground for achieving the conclusion of a deal, in decent, fair terms for both parts, was outstanding. The Parts department assisted by adding on a tonneau cover for me and Jim from the service department added on the window rain deflectors in just a few minutes. Desmond, Business Manager was very pleasant, thorough and explained all the finances in a way that I could understand. Will definitely be coming back not only for my service but for my next vehicle when my lease is up. More
