Buying a new car when you discover that your 12-year-old Rav4 has flunked what you thought would be a routine annual inspection (rust-perforated frame) is even more stressful. The team at 802-Toyota took good care of me. Mike broke the news about my old Rav as gently as possible. Sam took me on test drives and explained everything about the new Rav (wow -- lots of changes since 2002! Sam was very patient). Super-smart Cat explained more about leasing and purchasing. Stacy handled all the lease paperwork with grace and attention to detail. Michelle watched over me all the way through a long, long day and even phoned me the next day with a refund on a service-related error. When was the last time your car dealership phoned you to give you a refund??? I hope I haven't left anyone out. This dealership is remarkably low-stress. More

Surprised! I was thoroughly surprised how pain free 802 handled an extended warranty issue on my 2010 Tundra. After an initial phone conversation w/Service Mana I was thoroughly surprised how pain free 802 handled an extended warranty issue on my 2010 Tundra. After an initial phone conversation w/Service Manager Phil Daley he personally handled the issue and made sure I was kept up to date as to the progress. I could not have asked for anything more. They where so helpful in me getting a car, even tho my credit wasent up to par. Shaun Royce was professional and courteous to my needs. Even tho they close at 7 he and the staff stayed with me till 9. So I didn't go home without a car and can make it to work in my brand new 2014 scion TC. super satisfied customer. I'll be going back too them for sure, and telling everybody that I know to see them and the wonderful team at 802. More
Used car is awesome!! I was looking to purchase a car and keep monthly payments under a certain amount. I knew with my credit it might not be possible. Sam Wright was able I was looking to purchase a car and keep monthly payments under a certain amount. I knew with my credit it might not be possible. Sam Wright was able to find me a great vehicle but within the price I set. He was friendly and kept me updated in the search for a bank who would accept my credit. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. More

Sam Wright is wonderful I am absolutely loving my Toyota Venza! Shane Clawson and Sam Wright stayed very late to help my husband and I with out new lease after we got out of I am absolutely loving my Toyota Venza! It took me 3 visits to even narrow down what I was looking for. These 2 guys(on different visits) pulled many, many vehicles in for my review. I would change my mind, want to see a completely differ looking for. These 2 guys(on different visits) pulled many, many vehicles in for my review. I would change my mind, want to see a completely different vehicle, so they would bring it over for me to see. I went back and forth from seeing used to new vehicles several times. These guys were always happy to show me whatever vehicle I wanted with a smile. One day it got late and past the closing time. He encouraged me to keep looking, test out the vehicles, that time did not matter. Needless to say, these guys went over and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. More
I was looking for a used vehicle, preferably a RAV4,and found a few on the 802 Toyota web site that looked promising. I contacted them and received a follow up phone call almost immediately.Everyone involved was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Starting with sales assistant Janet Hatch who I spoke with on the phone. She gave me additional information regarding vehicles I had seen on line and pointed out others that might be a good fit for me. The next day, without an appointment, I went to the showroom with my sister in tow. Janet was at the reception desk and greeted me and my sister enthusiastically, we chatted a bit and she found us a Sales Consultant, Sam Clark . Sam was very knowledge about the vehicles I was looking at and cars in general. My sister and I put Sam through the wringer with lots of questions, taking the vehicles out multiple times and pressing him to get the best deal. Throughout the process he was very pleasant and helpful with out being pushy. After I decided on one particular vehicle we started negotiations. Sam (and 802 Toyota) gave a little and I gave a little reaching an agreement on a price that I think we both felt good about. We then worked with Business Mgr. Desmond Culcleasure who was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. While we were waiting for the paperwork the owner Dave Birmingham stopped by with his dog (Bentley?) and chatted with us, making sure we were being well taken care of, which we were. Another employee, Cat Arnold, sales manger also came over to chat and like everyone we dealt with was super friendly. All and all it was a great experience! I would highly recommend Sam Clark and the gang at 802 Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. More
