Loved Working with Philip Lord at 802Toyota I loved working with Phil and Cat. They didn't pressure me. I told them what I wanted and what I expected to pay. They said it could take up to a month based on availability and they delivered it in less than 2 weeks. Keep up the good work! More

Great Sales Person, Poor Dealership I had a great experience working with Phil Lord as a salesman at 802. He was patient, fair, friendly, and accessible by phone or email. The dealersh I had a great experience working with Phil Lord as a salesman at 802. He was patient, fair, friendly, and accessible by phone or email. The dealership as a whole could use some work. We walked in to a woman and man sitting at the main desk with a name bar reading "Greeter" and neither one greeted any of us at any time during our 2 hours there. I'm not sure we got a single "hello" from anyone other than Phil and his extremely pushy sales manager Ken Peacock. The car we looked had been shined up perfectly on the outside, but the interior had hardly been touched. Sadly had been looking forwards to purchasing a car there, but the staff and atmosphere (besides Phil) is a HUGE selling point. Even with a one year guarantee on a vehicle I could not imagine bringing myself to go back and get any service - especially if it's the same service team that "cleaned" the vehicle. Also instead of just putting on new rotors/brakes on a vehicle that was basically sold, they determined that the rotors were "70%" and just "resurfaced them." Thanks Guys, you won't be seeing me or my family in Berlin again. More

We had such a great experience that time around that we just recently came back to lease our 2015 Toyota Camry. Dan O'Connor was the salesperson who worked with us and he was GREAT!! He was so helpful and thoughtful. We had a little bit of a wait because it was a very busy day but Dan was very attentive and it made the experience so much better! Thank you Dan and 802 Toyota. We love our cars! More

Very poor customer service Tried purchasing a used truck from this dealership. Was told they wouldn't hold it unless I financed through them. I drove to my credit union and was approved right away. Sent an email to them that I was approved and would return the following business day to purchase the truck. I kept the line of communication open and kept checking in. The day I was to purchase the truck I was told at 9;30 am that everything was "all set" and "ill see you later" at 1pm I was told " sorry the truck was sold this morning." Now they sold the vehicle to someone else while I was in the middle of buying it. I spoke with Sam the salesperson he was very sympathetic and great to deal with. I then call the manager "Ken" he couldn't have cares less. His reason behind it was "what do you want me to say, we have 14 salespeople its bound to happen." I then told him I will never do business with them again. All he would do is snicker. I didn't realize the lifelong loss of a customer was so funny. And as I said I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them. I have purchased 11 vehicle in the last 6 years, you would think that would mean something to a car dealership. If you feel you want to do business with this dealership, then I highly suggest you deal with Sam Wright, very good to deal with. DO NOT deal with Ken in Management. More

He is great to work with and is up front and doesn't play games. He is well informed in the vehicle industry. His customer skills are great and he is will to answer any questions and if he doesn't know the answer he will get it not just make it up. If you are looking for a great car buying,selling or trading experience look for Shane! On a side note the people in service are great and parts department is great as well if they don't have what you need it will be there quick! More
