Good way to start building trust. Shane quickly provided good information about the value of my trade and the cost of leasing a 2016 Tacoma TRD Off Road. He has good product knowledge and listens carefully. After a short test ride, we were ready to close the deal. And I only went to get information! When I returned to take delivery I was greeted by a competent Sales Assistant who went over some of the features of my new truck. Shane arrived and completed the job. Again I observed good, seamless teamwork. Shane and the staff at 802 Toyota are professional, courteous and helpful. We got a fair deal and a beautiful new Tacoma TRD. More

Couldn't be happier with the entire new car buying experienc When I realized that my front wheel drive Highlander was great for Florida but not so much for Vermont I went online to research a new vehicle. I've When I realized that my front wheel drive Highlander was great for Florida but not so much for Vermont I went online to research a new vehicle. I've liked the look of the RAV4 but always griped to my husband, "Why won't they make a Hybrid RAV4?". To my surprise I saw they just introduced it this year. Found 802 Toyota to be the closest, & they had one on the lot. Drove over there & was luckily introduced to sales associate Annette Young. She was completely professional, friendly, not pushy at all, & told me up front that if there were any questions I had that she couldn't answer she would find out for me. I really liked her honesty & had a great test drive. I did go to a Honda & a Subaru dealership as well but was less satisfied with the products, & totally turned off by a pushy, aggressive sales associate @ one of the places. I returned to 802 Toyota & was able to purchase my new RAV4 2 days later. I ordered studded snow tires (already slid backward down my hilly road twice with regular snows), & they were there & installed the next afternoon. Annette, Cat, Shane, & the service department staff were great!! Would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to 802 Toyota. It was the most pleasant & least "painful" car buying experience so far for me. More

Two things were important to us; a competitive cost and staying as local as we could. After get a quote from a car buying service, a few quotes for our trade in and shopping around we presented this information to Shane. Shane was able to match the trade price and even get us $500 dollars less than the lowest quote we got from other dealers and the car buying service. Most importantly Shane treated us with respect, answered all of our questions, was forthright and was very accommodating. All around a great experience. More
