While purchasing a car from Phillip and working through the finance piece with Sam (both excellent), Sarah went above and beyond to support their work and to ensure that I was fully satisfied as a customer. I had contacted her in the previous year to ask about a car purchase, and there was no discomfort whatsoever when I reappeared the next year to make my purchase. The entire time, I felt as though all three of them were there to support my experience and ensure that I left fully pleased. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever from anyone (which counts for a lot in my book), and found everyone eager to answer my (many) questions fully. Purchase of a Prius Prime I first looked at a Prius Prime back in November 2016 when it was new on the market. I was impressed with the vehicle but wasn't sure I was ready to b I first looked at a Prius Prime back in November 2016 when it was new on the market. I was impressed with the vehicle but wasn't sure I was ready to buy a new car at that time. Shane Sheeran was my salesman and he did not apply any pressure on me. After the winter, I went back to 802 Honda in May and Shane immediately remembered me. He took me on another test drive and I decided I wanted a Prime. The model I wanted was not in the store but he ordered one for me from another dealer. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the interior was different than the one I had driven. I wasn't sure I liked it at first. Shane wanted to make sure I was totally happy with my vehicle and offered to find me another, but in the end, I decided to go with the one he had already ordered. I actually like the interior now and love the car. Thanks Shane for all your help and concern. More
