He arranged to have the tow hitch removed from the RAV4 I turned in, my snow tires changed over, so I could keep them for my new RAV4 and removed my kayak racks and crossbars while I was doing the paperwork for my new lease. Dave removed the racks himself! It is this kind of customer service, going the extra mile, that made this such an easy decision to keep doing business with the 802 Toyota dealership.
