Highly recommend working with Phillip I stopped by to begin looking at cars, thinking it was going to take weeks of driving around and talking to many salespeople. Phillip was the first pe I stopped by to begin looking at cars, thinking it was going to take weeks of driving around and talking to many salespeople. Phillip was the first person I spoke with. I knew basically what I was looking for, but Phillip pointed out some things that made me do further research and explore a little further. I returned the next day to test drive another car that I saw on the website. But, on my way to the dealership I hit a deer, which basically totaled my old Prius. Phillip saw my car and was immediately concerned about whether I was hurt. He spent half the day helping me and ended up staying late until I had the car I wanted and could drive away with it. He and Doug Rice presented me with options about how to get my new car and also gave advice on how to handle the insurance claim. Doug contacted their body shop to do the estimate and deal with the claims adjuster. I felt Phillip and Doug really took care of me. Phillip even made sure I drank water and brought me something to eat when I got a bad headache! As a salesperson, Phillip really does care and treats you like a human, not a commission check. He is very personable and helpful and I would work with him again in a heartbeat! More
