In my interactions with Chris Relation, I found him to be an excellent listener, have a great sense of humor, be responsive to my concerns, and be a great advocate as I negotiated my cars' trade in value and the selling price of the new car. Sales Manager Cat Arnold was personable, straightforward and fair. Sam Wright in Finance was clear and respectful. Finally, the day after the sale when I decided that I was unhappy with the floor mats that came with the car, Chris negotiated to allow me to purchase the mats I wanted at half price and someone from the dealership (over 20 miles away) delivered them to my house a few days later. This was above and beyond my expectations and made me feel like a valued customer. Overall, this was a great experience. More

I walked into the dealership pretty apprehensive about the whole thing. Rolando put my mind at ease and explained Toyota's extensive warranty options and he didn't didn't pressure me into buying. This is where they make their money and I did not feel at all pressured to buy it. They had done a very nice job of walking you through the different options.
