5 Star Auto Plaza

Thank god for this incredible staff!!!!!!! I was recently in a car accident, and the car insurance told me that my 2004 Grand Prix was only worth 4500, but unfortunately I still owed 5500 on th I was recently in a car accident, and the car insurance told me that my 2004 Grand Prix was only worth 4500, but unfortunately I still owed 5500 on the car I was heartbroken. How the kids going to get to school? How am I going to get to work? So I went back to 5star auto where I got my 04 Grand Prix from and was introduced to a gentleman by the name of Christian Rosa. We discussed options and I told he stairght forward look you have a 2013 challenger on your lot, what's it going to take to get me in that, cause I'm not settling for another car with over 100,000 miles for 3-4 more years if I'm doing another lease I'm getting what I want. He simply said "just bring me your check stub" so I did expecting the worst, waiting on him to come back in the room and say I need 1,000,000 dollars down payment to drive of with that car, knowing I had only $20 dollars to my name at that time. 5 hours past I start to become les optimistic, and started convincing myself maybe what I asked for was a little much to go from a 04 to a 13.... 5 hours later I'm just ready to go, I'm like how long does it take to hear "NO". But I did realize the reason I was there so long is because, THEY were going to back for me, even the owner was talking to banks for me, trying way beyond their call of duty for me. Not cause they felt sorry for me it's because 1st I've established a relationship over 2 years with them, and two I did my part and made all my payments on time. After 7 hours of waiting, tired, hungry.... Christian came out the office & shook my hand smiling. I tired not to get to excited but I not they were getting paperwork ready for me to drive today. Wow I just walked in there to just hear a estimate of how much I need down, instead I drove off in a 2013 challenger with only 32,000+ miles all original warranties for 0 down... I still can't believe what they did for me and they will do it for anyone, cause they didn't owe me anything nor did I expect anything. They just take care of their costumer, especially when they take care of their end of the bargain.... THANK YOU SO MUCH 5star auto plaza I love you GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Pleasant Surprise I was not in the market for a new car but after my car unexpectedly broke down I didn't have a choice. Chris was super friendly and helpful.
