This dealership is not only unprofessional they are also extremely disreputable, dishonest, or untrustworthy. The vehicle that I was roped into ,, in the first thirty days spent more time in their shop than in my possession. They at no point have extended a solution. However when charged the wrong account for my payment they were more than willing to shut down the operation of my car.And even though the payment was made minutes later they kept my car hostage for an entire holiday weekend. Then I had to return with another mechanical problem not even a week later. Which has resulted in them having the car for another two weeks. At no point in this have they offered any assistance or solution. I n conversation with their staff I was given completely different stories on the same day. One doesn’t know what the other says or conveys. This goes all the way to the General Manager. Which the service department told me “doesn’t run anything “ So if you’re looking for a Newer Better Car ( this is their slogan) RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!!

This car lot is so unprofessional and miscommunication to the customers and very rude. I will never buy another car from here and never recommend anyone to buy a car from them. My first time experiences with the company is very unsatisfied to have my car for almost a year.
