Above and Beyond I would just like to say the staff at 5Star made me and my wife feel welcomed. Usually buying a car can be very stressful but it was far from that. They take you for a joke! :( I never leave reviews, especially when they are negative, but I have to tell my bitter story. After reading their reviews online, i decided to give th I never leave reviews, especially when they are negative, but I have to tell my bitter story. After reading their reviews online, i decided to give them a try. Everything was going smoothly, loved that they "pretended" to be honest with me. Agreed on a price, only for my paper work on my loan to come out, and they added a whole extra $3000+ to the initial price of the vehicle they had told me. And when I confronted them with their earlier statements, they all lied like a bunch of kids like no one ever mentioned that price to me. I felt very humiliated and absolutely hurt by their dishonesty. To think you are dealing with adults. Very sad! I was completely hurt, tears built in my eyes. Long story short, I'm glad I went elsewhere. More

Service with a Smile Is Exactly Right TJ was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable of the inventory, down to each model. I did not anticipate being financed as easily, but the guys were TJ was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable of the inventory, down to each model. I did not anticipate being financed as easily, but the guys were able to get me into a newer luxury car within a couple hours. Jimmy definitely eased my mind in the closing/signing process. This is my 4th car I've ever financed, and it had been the best of all experiences. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. More

Dan spent over 2 weeks searching until we found the perfect Truck at an outstanding price. The GMC Yukon we purchased was even better than the pictures emailed to us. To top it all off the financing was breeze and even received a better interest rate than quoted during our initial discussions. I would recommend 5 Star to all my friends and have "Car Guy" for life.
