I am currently leasing a 2009 jeep liberty sport. I has stopped On me twice one I had to pay to have it towed back to St Louis from out of Town. After that it had a fuel injector issue. It spent more time with the dealer than me and Ive made two payments.Annette in service is wonderful. I either would love to have a better more reliable vehicle, Have at least one of my payments returned to show a good customer service or I dunno because at this point I'm scared to drive this not to mention.The couple weeks of Uber payments to and from work and I bought a supposedly reliable vehicle from 5 Star. The a double payment to boot. I'm feeling a little jipped. I couldnt even afford to pay the tax for the plates... Things arent good And I'm not HAPPY. I DID CALL AND COMPLAIN BUT NO ONE OF AUTHORITY HAS CALLED BACK. ANOTHER POOR BLACK SENIOR DOOPED I GUESS. BURT WARD ST.LOUIS MO 63121 More

This place is a joke. Ill start by saying the one positive thing as to be fair and give as much of an unbiased answer as possible. Thats the positive. On to the rest of it. First of one of a few lots that have no sticker on them as to not have sticker shock. Well first of the reason you don't is because you're adding an extra ten thousand to the value of a vehicle. The other thing is the "Nickle Pickel sale" they say a nickel and they truly mean five hundred dollars. Sorry but if you advertise anyone can drive for a nickel down don't be surprised when people bring a nickel in. Fair is fair. Honor your advertising!!! More

Sold me a broken ford explorer was running fine until I made it home which is about 11miles then check engine light came on took it to mechanic shop next day they said the code had been cleared misfiring c made it home which is about 11miles then check engine light came on took it to mechanic shop next day they said the code had been cleared misfiring cylinder 3 took the vehicle back next day and demanded they give me my trade in car back and kill the deal as their mechanic admitted they cleared the code and offered to clear it again and in 30 days I could get it fixed with their warranty. SCAM BUYER BEWARE got my car back and killed the deal now I caught a flat tire and wouldn’t you know it my wheel lock is missing from the center console where it’s always been. 5star is a 1star company and have no problem selling you an overpriced broken vehicle stay clear. I cannot say anything except amazing things about my experience here. I walked in and was helped by Marquise one of the finance guys who spent hours pacing with me trying to get me a vehicle I loved at experience here.
