Safety inspection fail I am a single mom. I took my car there to get inspected. They told me it fail and that my rack and pinion was bad. That my power steering unit has mis I am a single mom. I took my car there to get inspected. They told me it fail and that my rack and pinion was bad. That my power steering unit has missing parts. And my steering gear is leaking n both boots,saturating the boot. I had to Google the symptoms of a bad rack and pinion because my car sounds fine. No grinding ,clunking, doesn't use power steering fluid, doesn't pull to the side. So I took it somewhere else n they didn't find anything wrong with it.So needless to say I'll never go back there. More
