We needed a car badly! My wife and I came to 5 star auto plaza looking for a deal. Didn't have good credit or much money for a down payment. We were approved that day like t My wife and I came to 5 star auto plaza looking for a deal. Didn't have good credit or much money for a down payment. We were approved that day like they promised. But we needed to come up with a little more money down. I think it was couple weeks later Victoria Moran called us back to see if we were still looking for a vehicle. We were still needing a car, so we went back to 5 star. Victoria had a couple options for us that we checked out and liked 1 in particular. But were unable to close the deal again. But it was because of our poor credit we needed more money down. Victoria was trying everything she could to get us into a vehicle. Well finally few weeks later again we were able to come up with some more down payment. We came back for another visit. This time was successful and they got us into a car. We loved it instantly when we saw it. Better car than we thought we could ever get. So pleased with everybody that worked with getting us a loan and car. Thanks guys. Super friendly. Great Service and Staff! I have been going to 5 Star for maintenance on my car for a handful of years and I wouldn't choose anyone else! The guys in the service department are I have been going to 5 Star for maintenance on my car for a handful of years and I wouldn't choose anyone else! The guys in the service department are extremely helpful and they know what they are doing! So, when my car started to age, there was no other place that I wanted to go to search for another car. Because this was my first car purchase from a dealer, I didn't know what to expect. Thankfully, 5 Star was able to give me a car that fit my needs and explain to me what my options were. I wouldn't recommend anyplace else. 5 Star is a 10/10 in my book! More
