I had such a great experience while at the Lannan Mazda! I walked into the dealership on a Saturday morning, and by Five o'clock that very same evening I was driving off the lot with my new car. I felt so welcomed while I was at the dealership. Both Elliot and Barbara worked so hard to get me a car on my very own loan. I have been back several times to sign paperwork and such and each time the staff is so friendly and just willing to help. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff. More
I would never buy another car again from any Lannan dealership again. They only gave me one key with no remote and its not even the key that came with the car from the factory and when I asked for anot dealership again. They only gave me one key with no remote and its not even the key that came with the car from the factory and when I asked for another key they told me I would have to buy one.And now my car leaks gets frost on the inside of my car and water on the floor and when I called them they tell me I can pay $90 and they can check it out I'm so fed up I'm trading the car in and will never return to a lannan dealer again More

I purchased a certified used Mazda a full asking price. Let me start by saying, I HATE the car-buying process. It seems like the most inhumane way of making a large purchase. The secrecy, the back-and-forth to "check with my sales manager", the inordinately l It seems like the most inhumane way of making a large purchase. The secrecy, the back-and-forth to "check with my sales manager", the inordinately long time to make a deal. Prior to Lannan Mazda, my car buying experiences lasted 4+ hours. Dreadful. But then I met Elliott. I had submitted a pricing request via their website and he called me back. It felt like I was dealing with a friend's dad, not the typical car salesman. He was kind, patient, and LISTENED. Never talked over me, never tried to force me to make a decision, never treated me like a woman buying a car on her own, if you know what I mean. We did a little bit of back and forth on the pricing, but it was so easy compared to my other experiences. We settled on a price that I was comfortable with, for the car I wanted. But the follow-up is where this story really gets good. When I went to pick up the car, he walked me over to their service department and introduced me - in person - to the head of that department. After Dwayne, their service manager, gave me the certificate for my first oil change free, Elliott walked me back out to the car and spent 20 minutes going over all the features, making sure I had a good overview before I drove off the lot. He called me a week after I bought the car to make sure it was great. (it was.) He called me a month after I bought the car to make sure it was great. (it was) Normally, I don't take my cars to the dealer for service - I tend to feel like they gouge consumers - but since Lannan is so close to my work and because they've been so great, I'll be breaking my own rule and taking it there. All in all, Elliott and the team at Lannan treated me like a person, not a quota-meeter or a paycheck, and that is AWESOME. More
