My wife and I had been looking at the Mazda3 hatchback and the Scion XD for about a month. We visited a few dealerships in the area but couldn't find what we were looking for in our price range. After reviewing the Mazda3 hatchback on consumer reports website, we were directed to Lannan Mazda dealership. The sales rep was kind, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They did indeed match the consumer reports bottom line quote and we are now proud owners of a 2012 Skyactiv Mazda3 hatchback with power and fuel economy to boot. The business manager was efficient and we were out of there soon and very satisfied. We feel that we got a great car for a good price without any haggling. I am looking forward to utilizing their service department.Way to go Lannan Mazda. More
I went for an 5000mile oil change. During the service Roger informed me of future maintanance for the brakes and tires. He provided the data and told me of the potential life of the brakes and tires. Lannan was by far the best Mazda dealership that I dealt with. I spoke with someone with Bonneville Mazda and they were very rude, so when I called Lannan I was on the offensive. Roger the service manager assured me that I would be taken care of and that his technicians would diagnose and correct any issues. He said that the car would be done by Friday and it was ready on Thursday morning, a pleasant surprise. He also kept in phone contact every step of the way so that we knew exactly the items that were being replaced and if they were covered under the warranty or not. We will certainly be bringing our cars in for routine maintainence from now on. We are even considering buying another Mazda since we were so pleased with this dealership. More

He explained everything from financing options to how to program our phones for the car's bluetooth! I got a great price on my new CX9 and a fair price on my trade-in. They have a small family-like feel rather than big corporation. More
