excellent experience road tested, negotiated a price, financing, car prepped, inspection sticker all in the same day. came in at 11:30 road test and pricing left for lunch came back at 3pm signed finance financing, car prepped, inspection sticker all in the same day. came in at 11:30 road test and pricing left for lunch came back at 3pm signed finance papers and had the state inspection completed / car was prepped while I was at lunch drove out at 4:30 with my new 2012 Mazda CX-9. Elliot is an excellenat sales person to deal with. This completed my fourth purchase with him. very happy experience More

Went in on a drive by to look at a used CX-9. I already had financing in place for term, amount, rate, etc. as I have been in the market for a little while. I called and stated what my price point had to had financing in place for term, amount, rate, etc. as I have been in the market for a little while. I called and stated what my price point had to be, and I was told this could work no problem. Came back a couple days later to drive it, and liked the ride. Bryce was a good guy. I asked to have my trade appraised, and that I was going to look at another vehicle later that day. This is where I am still confused.... Lannan Mazda would not appraise my trade. I had to do an online credit app first. I stated I already had financing, but they tried to get me a lower rate (understandable). I insisted that I had financing, and I liked the car, I would like warranty info/cost, so what can we do. Bryce went to the manager, came back, and asked if I liked the car. I said yes, and he said they still could not appraise my car. I asked about the warranty info, and I could not get any price point on that until I purchased the car. Finally in disbelief I left. I needed to purchase the car without any knowledge of how much they would give me for a trade or how much an extended warranty would cost. I have both quite a few cars in my life, and this was the most screwed up experience I had ever had. I am still in the market, but I shifted my focus onto other SUV's, as this dealer turned me off from the Mazda in general. More
I had a very positive experience at Lannan Mazda. I made an appointment to look at a used car listed on their website. When I arrived I found that I was expected, the car was ready for a test drive, and ev an appointment to look at a used car listed on their website. When I arrived I found that I was expected, the car was ready for a test drive, and everyone at the dealership was congenial, helpful and professional. In the past I have avoided purchasing used cars from dealers because of high-pressure salesmanship, but I found none of that at Lannan. My salesperson, Bryce, was comfortably "no-pressure". When I decided to purchase the car, everyone involved in finalizing the sale was efficient, prompt and cheerful. More
The price of the car I was interested in went from 4900 to 4200 with a trade in. I was not allowed to put a down payment on the car because Bryce told me I could not get financing for below 5000.00. With "fees" added into the price the car suddenly went up to over 5000.00. The monthly payment was too high.I already told Bryce the amount I could afford per month and he said he could get me in that car for the amount I could afford. I could not get a straight answer when twice I asked what the interest rate was. Instead I got Bryce pointing to a printed paper with the monthly payment typed in. I was told I was 'all set' and I would receive a phone call the next day. The next day I received a phone call from Bryce telling me I could not finance the car because the model is not made anymore??. He then tried to sell me cars 3X what I could afford???? I will never go there again! More
Lannan Mazda is fantastic! They are very accommodating and helpful. I love how they do not force unnecessary repairs on you like other mechanics might. Roger and Alex in the service department are always there to greet you with a cheerful hello. Roger has really turned the location around making it an enjoyable experience on every visit! Elliot with whom I bought my car from still greets me by name anytime I'm there. He will definitely be the person I will be buying my next car from. This is the second car I've personally bought from Lannan in the past year and I really can't recommend them enough. I went in this past weekend and worked with Elliot(My original salesperson no longer wor in the past year and I really can't recommend them enough. I went in this past weekend and worked with Elliot(My original salesperson no longer works there). He is one of the nicest guys you'll meet and he really cares about the experience his customers have when purchasing a vehicle. He's knowledgeable and spends the time to learn about his customer and their needs. At no time did I feel pressured and that's one of the things I love about Lannan Mazda. The entire staff here is awesome and everyone I've met has been really nice and helpful. I got a very fair deal on a beautiful car and it was a stress-free, easy car buying experience. I went in to see the service department yesterday to have my winter wheels/tires put on the new car(despite the lack of snow this winter) - as always Roger and his staff were outstanding. Always on-time and the job is done right the first time. I highly recommend Lanna Mazda and I confidently send my friends and family to them. More
When we arrived to look at the cars in the lot, we were greeted right away by the salesmen, Elliott Hersh. As we walked into the showroom we were greeted by a very nice receptionist, and a few of the other employee's also went out of their way to greet us. After a short conversation w/Elliot we were able to look at the showroom model of the Mazda CX9 we were interested in, Elliott was very thorough in showing us/explaining all the different features the vehicle offered. On the way out to the lot to see the different colors they had in stock for the 2012 model, Elliott took us on a tour through the dealership/service area. We were also given a catalog on the vehicle to take home. We went back a few days later to test drive the vehicle and the staff was just as friendly/helpful and we were not pressured into making a decision after the test drive. We decided to give it a little more thought before we made our decision. In the mean time we visited another Mazda dealership to look at a used 2011 model of the CX9, that visit helped us to decide on going back to Lannan to purchase the vehicle from them as their dealership/sales team and service was much, much better. When we went to purchase/pick up our new vehicle the sales, financing, and service department went out of their way to make our purchase as quick and easy as possible. We are VERY happy with our Mazda purchase and would MOST DEFINITLEY recommend Lannan Mazda and our salesmen Elliott Hersh. More
