Searching for a new (used) car was a daunting undertaking. Fortunately a male friend came with me. We visited several dealerships in New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts and talked with several sales people. This dealership, however, outshone them all! It was the most clean and inviting, the staff pleasant and helpful, and the office space did not feel claustrophobic or cluttered. When I went in on Monday to sign all the paperwork and pick up my new car, I was delightfully surprised to see that they had posted my name with a thank you on a large white board in front of the receptionist desk – nice touch guys! Our sales representative, John Bonner, was by far the warmest sales rep we spoke to. We sensed a genuineness about him that we did not with the others and immediately felt like we were dealing with a man who was honest and had integrity. Moreover, he seem interested in us and we in no way sensed that we were “prey” being eyed by a vulture (Imagery used by kim.oliveira.12 in her review about how most sales reps make customers feel. She’s so right!) He took care of every detail, clearly and slowly (I did not feel the least bit rushed). He took me out to the car and went over everything again. He explained the administrative process, the documents I’d need to sign and what was required of me so that there were no surprises. Although I dreaded having to visit dealerships to look for a car, the staff at this dealership made the whole experience pleasant and easy! Mazda also saved me a lot of time by taking care of the registration, inspection, and insurance transfer – eliminating my having to run over to the RMV and my insurance company! What a convenience to have it all done right there on the spot. All I had to do was sign some papers and drive my new car home! I highly recommend this Mazda dealership and I highly recommend sales representative, John Bonner. More
I gotta say this is one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a car dealership. I do not have a Mazda (yet!) but I broke down nearby and Roger was outstanding. I expect good service departments to be busy and yet taking the time to let me know when and what they were doing for me was special. I would recommend to anyone, even if you do not have a Mazda, to utilize a facility such as this and ask for Roger. Maybe you will even contemplate buying a Mazda if your car has extensive issues. While I was there I spoke with Elliott and John Bonner and both were not typical sales people. They were interested why I was there but did not force themselves on me as you get at most places. Service Dept gets an A+! More
I had a pretty good experience at Lannan Mazda. I was looking for a Mazda 3 sedan 4 door. I had did the research on my own before I had walked in the dealership. I was also interested in the deal that Lannan Mazda had for the financing. (0% APR for the life of the loan.) I thought Elliot was a nice guy. I just feel like I should have gotten a little more money for my trade-in because I had a lot of new parts in it. I don't think I got the best deal, but I don't think I got a bad deal either... Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service. More
With over 50 years of car buying experience, this is the best. I have never owned a new car all of my previous vehicles were used. While I was excited I was also dreading looking for a new car because I hate being "stalked" by the sales employees. I always feel like they are vultures circling your prey, throw in that I'm female and it's not usually a fun experience. I can honestly say that was not the cas here. I am actually looking forward to going back to pick up my registration and schedule my first oil change. John was fantastic! While I brought my parents for support, he spoke to me and not over me. he asked me questions about myself as well as my search and what I was looking for. When I said there was another car at another dealer I wanted to look at he didn't pressure us to stay he actually told us where the dealership was. I was back at john's desk 15 minutes later. not only was John right about how much I'd love the car we test drove (and I bought) but when I arrived at the other dealer there were the vultures just waiting and harassing when I tried to leave. When I picked up my car on monday, John gave me a tour of my car and all of it's bells and whistles. He promised to introduce me to the parts department when I returned for my inspection sticker and even said that he'd rather I not come Wednesday since he would be out and unable to help me. I will definitely highly recommend this dealership to people I know. More

I was very happy with my experience at Lannan Mazda and with the salesman, John Bonner, who helped me. John was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and very helpful. Once we decided on the car, John worked with my wife and I to complete the deal (even driving to my wife’s office to get her signature on the required forms). He made sure to be present when I was picking up my vehicle and thoroughly explained my Mazda's features as well as a tour of the facility and introductions to the Parts mgr (Mike) and the service mgr (Roger). I have since returned to pick up the registration and get an inspection sticker and had another good experience. First free oil change already scheduled. I was very happy with my experience and will go back for service and recommend this dealership to others. More

My only complaint was that they were not as flexible on the list price as some other dealers I visited, and seemed to be squeezing me on the trade-in value.
