What a fantastic experience! We had decided which pre-owned car we were interested in before we found Lannan Mazda, but they had the best price online. The dealership made a big deal out of making us feel welcome buy posting our names with a big welcome on their sandwich board and being very friendly. The test drive was a full on-and-off highway route and we never felt rushed into making a decision. We had our two toddlers with us and they were very accommodating about testing out their car seats and trying out all the buttons and gadgets inside the car. The best part of the whole experience was going to pick up the car. They had it cleaned up and waiting in the showroom with a huge thank you sign at the entrance to the building. I really felt like a star as I drove it off the showroom floor. We have already recommended this dealership to others and will be returning when we need a new car. More

Pleasant test drive together, and we were ready to discuss price. No hard sell, very open and relaxed. We mentioned our daughter had her Mazda serviced there, and he looked her up on the computer records, saying if she shared our address then we were eligible for Mazda's owner loyalty discount ($500). We agreed on a price easily, and were done in about an hour total. Most pleasant car purchase I have ever had. Three days later I came in to do the paperwork for the loan and registration, and pick up the car. I spoke to the business manager on the phone before coming in so everything was ready when I arrived. I pulled out in my beautiful new car, with a full tank of gas, just 15 minutes after arriving. I, like everyone else here, was in the market for a new car. I at first tried to see if I could get financed for a new Mazda 3 but I was not expecting much since of a poor credit score. Even then Mrs. Barbara worked some magic and had me approved for a really beautiful Used Mazda 6 with extremely low mileage. Through out the whole sale experience they were very low pressure and they did not stop with the great customer service until I was satisfied and off the lot with my new car. Its been a few weeks since then but I am overall extremely impressed and would defiantly purchase from them again. I used to be a big Toyota fan but after the recent experience with them I think the Lannan Mazda team has won me over. Alex was amazing answering any and all questions for me via e-mail. He even went on to provide pictures of cars I was interested in that were not even on the website. John was the man I worked with once I came in person to look at the cars and throughout the whole experience it was pleasant and very fun. We cracked quite a few jokes while the paper work and test drives happened and I really liked that. Never once did they try to hardball me or try to slide the sale in. When the time comes for me to trade in the Mazda I have now and I am looking for a new car. Lannan will be my 1st choice for sure. More

My wife and I went in to price out some models and test drive a car or two. Sam was so knowledgeable about the vehicles we drove, and made the overall experience a breeze. We both planned on testing out 2 other crossover SUVs that day, and making a decision later that night or over the weekend. Anthony was very professional and respectful of our decision to shop. Instead of coming over and getting back into the money talks, he came over just to say, 'Thank you for stopping in. But if you could come back and give us the last try/word, we'd appreciate it.' Needless to say, after going to some very average dealers, we went back to Lannan -- and we're so happy that we did. Great trade-in value for my truck. Great cost for a brand new CX5. And most of all, a truly great experience from a couple of friendly, professional car specialists. Do yourselves a favor: bypass other dealers and just head over to Lannan for a no-hassle experience.
