My husband and I went to Lannan Mazda in late August 2013 to purchase a new SUV. Overall, our experience there was excellent. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a purchase. We felt that Sam was very straight forward about the prices and details of the car(s). I am perhaps an unusual purchaser in that I I had a pretty clear view of options and was not "shopping" in a typical sense, and Sam quickly and efficiently showed me what vehicles met my requirements and then we focused in on the Mazda 3. I move quickly and directly in business transactions, and Sam was with me all the way and adjusted well to my style. I enjoyed Sam's passion for Mazdas and his deep knowledge of the product from personal experience. He was timely, pleasant, and well spoken. We closed the deal quickly and to my mind, fairly. I'm a Honda person and this is my first ever Mazda, but I'm looking forward to giving Lannan and Mazda a chance. I went to the Lannan Mazda dealership in Lowell, MA knowing nothing of the dealership, knowing only that I was interested in a Mazda CX-5. When I asked that I wanted to do a test drive, I was introduc knowing nothing of the dealership, knowing only that I was interested in a Mazda CX-5. When I asked that I wanted to do a test drive, I was introduced to Elliot Hersh. Mr. Hersh was friendly, asked good questions and was genuinely interested in what I wanted to get out of the experience. Mr. Hersh was also very knowledgeable and told me what I needed to know about the car. When we got down to "brass tax", they were quick to give me their best offer, which I thought was fair. Once I accepted the offer, the process of actually completing the transaction and driving out of the lot with my new car was fairly seamless. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Lannan Mazda in Lowell, MA. I recommend the dealership as a whole and also recommend you specifically ask for Mr. Elliot Hersh to help you. More

My girlfriend came into Lannan Mazda having visited 4 other Mazda dealerships in MA. She was shopping for a smaller SUV since her last one was an MDX. Sam and Anthony were nothing but accommodating in th other Mazda dealerships in MA. She was shopping for a smaller SUV since her last one was an MDX. Sam and Anthony were nothing but accommodating in their handling of our business, and assuring of the 2014 CX-5's quality and capability to meet her needs. Sam was very attentive and patient in listening and responding to her every question (there were probably 1,000 of them!). When it came to the numbers, Anthony put us at ease that we were getting the best deal possible. Having gone to other dealerships, we could tell how they went the extra mile for us!
