The actual car sale went smoothly but after the deal was made and the papers were signed they no longer cared how my experience was. There were things promised to me that I needed to fight with them after to get. Paperwork was forgotten to be processed when it was promised by a certain date. And when bringing up my issues the salesman immediately became stand offish and rude. He clearly wasn't happy that I was pointing out that they were not following through. I would never recommend someone to buy a car here. It was more stressful than it needed to be. More

Friendly Associates - Questionable delivery of expectations I recently purchased a Used CX9 from Lannan. I worked with Bill and Elliot and agree with other posters that they were both friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was a little discouraged with my trade in value but felt the car price was fair. (after negotiating I still was 30% below NADA value) My biggest complaint was that I went out of my way to ensure the car came with two keys (seems trivial but keys for these cars are no longer $2.00 at Lowes) I was told that it did and upon receipt of the car I was informed that it only had one. Seemed like a problem a Mazda dealer could fix pretty easily - Order the customer a new key at NC. That is not what happened, I was told I could purchase a new one for $300. (eventually reduced to $260) I have learned that you need to have everything in writing before you negotiate a deal. More

Without any pressure we sat down and he guided us through our needs/wants before showing us any car. He genuinely cared for us to make sure we looked at the right vehicles for us. Elliot provided us superior customer service and took the time with us both before and after the sale when we picked up our CX-5. He even followed up with us the next day and when there was a glitch with our insurance coverage we were treated with care. He explained all about the service department and we look forward to our first experience with them for our first oil change where they'll wash our car after each service appointment - as it's all about the details. We were very happy with Elliot and Lannan Mazda. We would recommend Elliot and this dealership to anyone! More
