I had nothing but an enjoyable experience at Lannan, a breath of fresh air compared to experiences at some other dealerships. Sam was courteous, very knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. He heard what I had to say and took into account all the needs I was sharing with him. He did not try to up-sell me, and even pointed out that some of the options I wanted were standalone and he could do without me having to purchase an expensive options package. Ultimately I was able to get a great price and really exceptional customer service. After buying the car he went over all the features and gave his phone number if I ever had a question about how things work. Figuring out financing with Barbara was quick and simple & she made us feel right at home. They even honored a Mazda coupon that had come out after I agreed on the price but before I signed for the car. More

After some online comparison shopping between brands, models, and dealers, I decided to visit Lannan Mazda to see an in-stock Mazda CX-9 that appeared to meet my needs. I had no prior knowledge about Lannan Mazda. Of course, on the day I went there, it was pouring rain. I was greeted at the doorway by Elliott Hersh and since I knew what vehicle I wanted to see, he wasted no time in answering all my questions (lots of questions), showing me the CX-9, explaining its features, and accompanying me as I did a test ride in the rain. He also patiently went over how Lannan would do all the RMV processing for me. Elliott is a very good and sincere salesman. I also met with Barbara Tibbets who processed all the paper work in a timely manner. Between their efforts and the rest of the Lannan Mazda team who sorted out the RMV plate transfer and inspection sticker process, I was able to return the following day and drive home with my new Mazda CX-9. My new vehicle purchase experience was very good at Lannan Mazda. The service department has convenient hours which is an added plus. More

I looked at the CX5 first, as I thought this would be my favorite. Dave was very polite and took quite a bit of time to explain all the features of the car and answer all my questions. Still unsure, I test drove a few other vehicles. But, in the end, it was the CX 5 GT that won out and I'm very happy with my new vehicle. Dave, the sales associate, took me for 3 test drives before I was sure this was the right car for me. He was always available to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a great car and working with very nice people. More

After contacting this dealership for info I was contacted by the Internet Sales rep Sean, polite and helpful and led me to work with Dave Annis, so many thanks, Sean! Dave did all the work for me, all but jumping through actual burning hoops to get me into my new CX-5. From going over options to hashing out the numbers to setting up the car for detailing and the legal work, Mr. Annis took care of everything. My schedule is not easy to work with, but he managed it for me. Pleasant demeanor, honest, diligent, and can crack you up. In a previous other-dealership experience, I felt like I was being hit with a fistful of pencils. So I had no illusions walking into Lannan. But this dealer surpassed and quelled all expectations. I can say that we shopped for a vehicle for about a month and a half before heading to Lannan. We worked with Sam from beginning to end and I have to say the experience was fantastic. We decided to go with the CX-9 over similar vehicles we looked at. I can honestly say that it was the customer service that made us decide to work with Lannan. Sam made the experience so painless and enjoyable that I couldn't imagine going to another dealership. We love the vehicle and recommend that if you are looking to take any stress out of the car buying experience visit Lannan and ask for Sam. More

He will work with you and his team to ensure all your questions are answered. So my only complaint is related to the Finance, not Sales, portion. The one fee Finance will sneak in at the very end is the Vendor's Single Interest Insurance (VSI) fee. After you've signed about three sheets of paper with your total cost listed, you will finally sign the finance agreement and all of a sudden your monthly fee has increased by about $5. This is because of a finance charge that they will neglect to tell you about until the last piece of paper you sign even though they must have known about it the other 10 times they showed you a price in order to get the interest rate quote from the bank. Mine was $80. Otherwise, I feel I was treated very fairly, and I would definitely buy here again when I'm back on the market. More
Perfect Buying Experience I was shopping around for my first brand new car. I had an SUV as my previous car so thats what I was set on buying; another SUV. I looked at the CX-5 online and thought I would stop on by Lannan Mazda and take one for a test drive. As I walked through the door I was immediately approached by Sam Gordon. I told Sam what I was looking for, and Sam gave me a few suggestions of his own. I decided to entertain one of His suggestions and decided to take the Mazda 3 4 door out on a test drive. Sam was extremely knowledgable about the car and knew the inside and outs about the car. There wasn't any question about the car that he could not answer. Without even asking He was comparing this car to many other cars on the Market and how un-comparable this car was. It was almost 10x better and the price was right in my range. This made the strain of thinking about other cars just so much easier. Once the test drive was over, I honestly fell in love with the car Thanks to Sam. With just one test drive and Sam's un-comparable knowledge, he changed my mind from an SUV. I didn't feel pressured after that I needed to buy that car that day either, he told me to think about it. The Price that Sam was able to get me was just irrefutable and I bought the car that day. Sam made buying a car one of the easiest and stress-free purchases that I have ever made. I have recommended all my friends and family to go to Lannan Mazda and to Sam to buy their next cars. Sam has made me a Customer there for life. More

When we talked numbers, it was fairly painless and we got a fair price for our car. He was willing to go through a few iterations of financing numbers until we saw the prices that we wanted and agreed on a deal. Overall, a great experience for a fair price.
