I found the car I ended up purchasing online and reached out through the website to the dealership. I was emailed back promptly and then called as well. Without any aggressive pushing, I let them know I'd be by over the weekend to check out some options. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and allowed to test drive the car I liked immediately after a review of my trade-in. Blaine had great knowledge of the car I test drove even though it wasn't a Mazda. Throughout the days we had great conversations throughout the buying process and when it came time to pick up my car, it took a little longer than usual with the holiday causing my insurance agency to be closed. Blaine kept it going smoothly with no stress and I was on my way soon enough! This dealership also really cares about quality of their cars. My used car doesn't look used at all! I had a great experience and would definitely return for future car purchases as well as recommend him and the team to my friends. Outstanding. Thanks for everything, Blaine! More

Low pressure, made buying a car pleasant. I'm one who LOATHES buying cars and dealing with salespeople, and this was a truly painless experience. I started my search for a new car back in I'm one who LOATHES buying cars and dealing with salespeople, and this was a truly painless experience. I started my search for a new car back in March with the intention of buying in the Summer due to a few obstacles preventing me from making a purchase. Personal financial hurdles further dragged out the process, until I was finally able to make a purchase this month. My initial visit to Lannan in March was solely for research to find a compact SUV that I liked in the CX-5 category (but would ultimately buy a CX-3). I was still determining what vehicle I wanted to buy before trying to figure out where I wanted to buy. After visiting dealers for other brands who still tried to sell me a vehicle that day even after explaining my situation, my experience with Blaine was very no-pressure. He understood my situation with regard to a purchase, and also all the considerations for what I wanted in a vehicle. From March through this month, I worked with Blaine the whole time from taking a few test drives every now and then and keeping in touch via email regarding what incentives were going on, letting me know when the new CX-3 came in so I could drive it, etc. When things finally fell into place on the financial side of the house, I went down to Lannan to discuss a purchase with Blaine who came back with a very reasonable price. He went about locating the color I wanted and picking it up from another dealership, and the rest is history! Not once over the course of nearly a year of working with Blaine did I ever feel pressured. Early on in the experience, I reached the conclusion that Blaine was someone that I wanted to give my business to. It certainly helped that I determined that I wanted a Mazda, so it made my decision that much easier as to where to buy from. I will absolutely recommend Blaine to friends and family looking for a new vehicle! More

Elliott was there to help from the beginning and following up and thru the entire process and kept me informed along the way. I stepped into the dealership around 11:30am and got out around 5:00pm. Come to think about it, there were a lot got done in those 5+ hours, particularly in the holiday season: finalizing the price, settled the finance, dealt with the insurance company, prepared the car and finally, the inspection! We were totally satisfied with Elliott as well as others who helped us that day. For sure, I will recommend Elliott and Lannan to other people. More

He is not what I expected at all from a car salesperson. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to rush me into anything, but at the same time was realistic about the availability of the specific car I wanted. He helped me narrow my search down from a few different makes and models to a specific car of a specific year and trim and package. And THEN we set about searching for one in the area. There wasn't one... so he expanded his search, put in a request to swap a car with another dealership, and when they refused a few days later, he doubled down and continued searching. The estimated timeline was about a week... he called me the next day saying he'd found one, had snatched it up for me, and was going to pick it up himself from out of state the next day. And he did. Throughout this process he was constantly in contact with me, giving me updates whenever he had one, both on and off the clock. He gave me his personal cell number and texted me to check with me on an opinion or give me another update, and even personally delivered the car to me when I was finally able to pick it up. If the rest of the sales team at Lannan Mazda is even half as dedicated as Blaine, then anyone would be doing themselves a service by shopping here. All around an EXCELLENT car-buying experience.
