I had quite the range of experiences with other brand's dealerships from uninspired to utterly chauvinistic, but Elliott Hersh at Lannan Mazda was different and by far the most professional and helpful. He took a lot of time to explain the design of the car technically along with all of the great features. I really appreciate that he treated me as an educated buyer. The negotiating and sign-off process took about 2.5 to 3 hours. We didn't feel pressured into buying extended warranties or special paint treatments as I have in the past at other dealerships. Elliott spent about an hour with us when we picked up the car to make sure we understood all of the features and even set up the bluetooth connection to my phone. Overall, a painless experience and a great new car. More
Well worth the drive for an Unbelievable Experience!! After researching, road-testing and visiting dealerships for the right CX5 I had to walk out of 2 dealers because of not having the one I wanted, and After researching, road-testing and visiting dealerships for the right CX5 I had to walk out of 2 dealers because of not having the one I wanted, and the other for having a BAD attitude for the CX5 I wanted. I decided to call other dealerships with the specs I was looking for and hoping to find a decent deal at the same time. So when I called Lannan Mazda and a TRUE professional by the name of Elliott Hersh answered my call. Like a professional he listened to my story and my needs. He called me back twenty minutes later with a very good and fair bottom line price. Their price was in between the two dealers that I walked away from, but if you add the couple of options that was in that vehicle their price topped everyone! When I drove over an hour to Lannan Mazda, Elliott was right there to meet me. A complete professional and he had all the paperwork ready and it was 100% accurate on cost from what was talked about over the phone. Even meeting the financial manager Barbara, she was just as professional as Elliot. Barbara made me feel like her personal friend helping me purchase my new CX5 and not just a regular customer. The whole customer experience was an A+. If you are looking for a Mazda, Elliot Hersh is a true professional that you should give him and Lannan Mazda the opportunity to help you! More

Excellent This is my second Mazda from Lannan and Elliot. The last was just five years ago and I was very pleased with my experience/interaction with the whole This is my second Mazda from Lannan and Elliot. The last was just five years ago and I was very pleased with my experience/interaction with the whole organization. (My two previous dealerships for Mazda went out of business - likewise I had excellent experiences with them both times. (Maybe it is both the local individuals I dealt and maybe Mazda itself.) Didn't feel hassled, didn't feel rushed, ... Felt that Elliott and team were there for me. Sure there was a little bit of hose trading (car trading) but felt it was above board and pretty much straight forward, Ended up with a new 2014 Mazda 3. My real goal was the technology packages - too many friends my age needed that extra help these packages provide but they didn't have them in their cars. While I don't need them now I was "motivated" to move upto them. Never even considered anothe brand - Mazda has been great for my last 17 years included an RX-8. Second key reason for changing was to get off a manual car into an automatic - for my Princess of course. First time in 50 years I have not had a manual. Really like the technology packages. They are as good if not better then expected. Final comment. My 5 year old Mazda 3 was just paid off. And I made it clear to Elliot that I was not driven to move on. I would only do so if I could get a fair price and the options I wanted. He understood clearly and all our short discussions were focused there. And by the way they had what I wanted. More
