I was dreading the car buying experience due to most salesmen and dealers being shady and I finally broke down and decided I needed to buy a new car. I was dreading the car buying experience due to most salesmen and dealers being shady and the cutthroat attitude. I decided to stop in to see what Lannan Mazda had in stock. I was greeted by Blaine, and never felt any pressure or that he was hassling me into buying a car I couldn't afford. I took out a Mazda 6 for a test drive, the drive was enjoyable and was full of laughs and good information on the car. I fell in love with the car and decided to pull the trigger and make the purchase. This being my first car loan, I was a bit nervous, but Blaine made it enjoyable and was able to make sure that I was taken care of from the time I walked onto the lot, from the time I drove away with my new car. Everyone I talked to at Lannan Mazda was friendly and full of helpful information. Without any aggressive pushing, I let them know I'd be by over the weekend to check out some options. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and allowed to test drive the car I liked immediately after a review of my trade-in. Blaine had great knowledge of the car I test drove even though it wasn't a Mazda. Throughout the days we had great conversations throughout the buying process and when it came time to pick up my car, it took a little longer than usual with the holiday causing my insurance agency to be closed. Blaine kept it going smoothly with no stress and I was on my way soon enough! This dealership also really cares about quality of their cars. My used car doesn't look used at all!
