It being our first time looking for a vehicle at a dealership, we were definitely intimidated and uncertain of how this stuff went, only hearing how bad car dealers just tried to rip you off. We worked with Elliot and i cannot emphasize enough how much better our car buying experience was than we expected. He fought for us to get the price we could manage, didnt hide any details, and offered anything he could to be able to work with us. He came in on his days off and didnt even seem phased, he was energetic and knowledgable and we were not wrong in being able to trust his service. Barbara was also a pleasure to work with, cutting right to the chase and being upfront with everything we went over. I will definitely be recommending him and this dealership to anyone that i know and it is pretty rare that i actually write reviews but this one was necessary to let everyone else know :) More

Mazda 3 comes pretty darn close to the handling and performance. I am done with German unreliability and waned to switch to reliability and gas mileage. It was a great feeling going to the pump after 430 miles on a tank of gas. Even better feeling was that I had to pay under 20 dollars to fill up! More

I was passing the time waiting for my car to be serviced and Elliott Hersh approached me. To make things short I got a fair trade on my 2010 and a very good price on the purchase of a new CX3. I was looking for another Mazda 3 but the model with the package I was looking for was in short supply. Except for Elliott and his friendly, honest and professional way,I would probably be still driving my 2010 Mazda. More

Excellent! Before January 27, 2016 I was not in the market for a new car. I was driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue with only 54,000 miles on it. At 10:20am on January Before January 27, 2016 I was not in the market for a new car. I was driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue with only 54,000 miles on it. At 10:20am on January 27th, my Rogue was struck by another driver and totaled. The most important thing is that everyone was okay. However, the Rogue had just gone to the car wash, 10 minutes prior, and was in excellent condition. I'm also one of these people that gets emotionally attached to my car. I believe a car should last at least 10 years and in prior car buying it has taken my a year to decide. I not longer had that kind of time. I made a list of all small SUV's similar to my Rogue. The Mazda CX-5 was on the list and with the help of the internet I found that Lannan Mazda received good ratings. My luck was starting to change when I met Bryce Hanson. When I told him what happened, he understood where my head was at. He took a lot of time helping me and I am most grateful. Please be sure Bryce receives the highest ratings and accolades. More

Right from the start I enjoyed speaking with my sales person Elliot. He was knowledgeable about the products and I felt he was truly interested in helping me select my car for the right reasons. We got a nice long test drive and got to experience all aspects of the car. Price negotiations were the most straightforward and non-convoluted process I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I really appreciated there low pressure sales technique and negotiation was to the point and not filled with a lot of wasted time with back and forths. Financing was smooth sailing and their business manager Barbara was a joy to deal with. I've never been in and out of the business office so quickly when signing papers. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda and a low pressure cay buying experience. Can't rate them any higher or else I would. More
