He kept constant communication, not being pushy but instead trying to help as much as possible. Patient and helpful I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 at Lannan Mazda in April. I worked with Elliott Hersh and Barbara Tibbetts primarily. My first visit to Lannan Mazda I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 at Lannan Mazda in April. I worked with Elliott Hersh and Barbara Tibbetts primarily. My first visit to Lannan Mazda was during the first week of April. I came in with the objective of explaining my interests in a car and provide an idea of my budget, I was greeted by Elliot who patiently listened to what I needed, and after listening provided a few avenues to fulfill my needs, We had narrowed the search to 2 potential cars (Mazda CX-3 and Mazda CX-5.) I was able to leave the dealership that day without any pressure and just information in hand. Elliot was very good about outlining goals for my visit and making sure I left accomplishing those goals without pushing a sales agenda. This attitude carried through the rest of my visits to the dealership over the course of the April. On a couple visits, Elliot was preoccupied with other customers. The rest of the staff were quick to make sure I was taken care of and keep me on my way. I ended up test driving both cars I was interested in and looked through buying Pre Owned vs New. Ultimately, after a month filled with appointments I decided on the 2016 CX-5. This is where my conversations with Elliot and the manager Jay were on the price of the car. They were very respectful throughout negotiations and finally made the best possible deal to earn my sale. For the finance side of the deal, I worked with Barbara who was very helpful in keeping the process moving smoothly despite me needing a few changes implemented near the end of the agreement. After the purchase, I have been very satisfied with my car and Elliot has been good about checking in on me and my satisfaction with Mazda. Overall, I liked Lannan Mazda because they are patient and were not trying to push me into a car as soon as I showed up. They listened to my needs and helped me select the right car for me. In addition, Elliot was exemplary in communicating with me to keep me updated without becoming too pushy. More
