Kudos to Lannan Mazda and Nate in particular I am from NH and went to Lannan only to test drive a new 2017 CX-5 which my local dealer still did not have in stock or available to drive. I told Nate right off the bat I was unlikely to be buying from them and just wanted to drive the vehicle so I could choose between it and the competition. Even knowing this, Nate spent a lot of time with me showing me the car. His knowledge of the vehicle was amazing despite having not had anything formal from Mazda yet because the car was so new and few and far between. He completely sold me on the CX-5 and even made me a very competitive offer. Though I did end up buying the car locally here in NH due to convenience factors, I would not hesitate to recommend Lannan and especially Nate to anyone. Knowledgeable, helpful, easy to deal with and not at all pushy! You did Mazda proud More

The car was waiting for us right out front when we arrived, we test drove it, asked questions, and negotiated on price. Ultimately we did not buy the car because we could not get it for the price we wanted, but we had an amicable experience and would recommend this dealer based on their courtesy. More

The service with Blaine, my sales rep, was great, and after test driving the new CX-5, I knew it was the car for me. Car: Over the past 6 months, I test drove the Nissan Rogue, Ford Escape and Hyundai Tuscon. Each car was nice, but didn’t give me a sense of excitement when I got behind the wheel. Knowing that the new 2017 CX-5 was coming out a month or two down the road, I held off on making a purchasing decision. Right when I saw the car, I could tell it had a more premium and refined craftsmanship. The interior was extremely well made, and it made me feel more ‘connected’ to the car. Driving the CX-5 compared to the other brands felt like night and day. The acceleration felt about as the same as the Escape, but the handling had a clear advantage over all the rest. Safety was one of my largest buying criteria, and the Grand Touring w/ Premium Package had the Heads-up Display, Active Cruise Control, Smart Brake Support, Lane Departure Warning/Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and more. While some of the other cars had some of these features, not one other had all of them. Experience: I first spoke with Blaine over the phone, who invited me in for a test drive that night, even though he was supposed to get off early. We went over what I was looking for in a car and what was important to me. We went on a test drive around Lowell and on the highway, and I was impressed with his deep product knowledge of the car. He never bashed a competitor’s car, but could clearly articulate the Mazda value when asked. We both knew that some of the other cars I was looking at would probably cost a little less. Even so, I was convinced that paying a slight bit more was absolutely worth it for the value of the car. Blaine was extremely transparent with the pricing, and I walked away buying the car knowing that I received a great deal on the car I wanted. I was able to put only $500 as a down payment on the car, and finance the rest at an extremely low interest rate, which was a huge plus. The next day when I was picking up the car, I was told that the car was so new (had only been released for less than a week) that the RMV didn’t have the VIN uploaded, and the vehicle would have to be inspected in person. Without hesitation, Blaine offered to take the car down the road and have it done for me. As a nice personal touch, I had a genuine, hand-written note waiting for me at the end of my paperwork. Everyone at the dealership provided me with a great sense of trust, and eagerness to assist. My new CX-5 makes me look forward to my 2-hour drives, and I would highly recommend Lannan Mazda to anyone looking at buying a new or used car. More

Our current cars were Toyota and Honda and we were looking at Mazda because of the safety features, high quality, gas mileage, value/cost, and just as importantly, how fun the CX-5 was to drive. Nate Varzea at Lannan Mazda was fantastic, showed us the model we were interested in, took us for a test drive, explained all the features, including options. He and the business manager (who we did not meet), offered a great price and financing and we signed the paperwork that day. The next day, I called Nate to tell him that after much thought (about safety), I wanted to upgrade with tech and ActiveSense packages. They didn't have a car on the lot that met specs and color requested so Nate and the business manager searched other dealerships (took an extra few days to locate and deliver the car from new boat shipment). The whole process was very smooth, not rushed, no hard sales or pressuring. We are loving the car and would highly recommend Nate Varzea and Lannan Mazda! When we need a second car, we will come back. More

You business is earned not expected at Lannan. Lannan was the 5th Mazda dealership that I engaged while shopping. I started the process by inquiring over the internet about price and availability. Sean Foley responded with upfront pricing including itemized discounts, rebates & fees. I scheduled an appointment the following day. I was impressed that he came out to greet me as usually you never meet a BDC manager. Sean had my sales rep, Nate Varzea, up to speed and the vehicle I inquired about was actually out front and ready for me to look at! Nate was a pleasure, he let the car sell itself and was there to answer any questions. He was very accommodating with providing extra paperwork to an out of state buyer & delivered the car to NH. Lannan's customer service was on a whole different level compared to the dealerships in the region. They worked to earn my business & didn't expect it just because I stepped foot on the lot. My hat off to you gentlemen, very well done. More
