Stopped in at 495 Jeep to get my state inspection sticker updated, and they had me in and out of there nice and fast. I was scheduled to come back to have service completed that was under warranty. My car went into the shop and then I was told 45 minutes later that the part was not ordered and I would have to wait until that was under warranty. How do you schedule a service and not order the part. This was a waste of time for me. I left the dealership in the same amount of time it was scheduled to fix the part. More
Great experience ! Arrived for my scheduled service appointment at 8AM . My advisor was very courteous , knowledgeable , and efficient. I was on my way to breakfast at 8:15.
