I spent almost 2 months looking at a particular Mazda model and went to several Mazda dealerships and non Mazda dealerships. The overwhelming impression I got was Mazda dealerships are not motivated to s model and went to several Mazda dealerships and non Mazda dealerships. The overwhelming impression I got was Mazda dealerships are not motivated to sell their cars at all. From Norwood to Nashua I received a less than great experience. Only 495 Mazda engaged me as a customer and helped me understand what I needed to know, to make a deal I felt comfortable with. Al Blank kept me informed throughout the whole process. More

This was my second time in a month coming in for repairs on an 8-year-old car that I bought earlier this year, the first time for a recall and this time for a technical service bulletin.
