Best car buying experience ever! I was shopping for my first lease and began my search online. I reached out to a few dealerships and they were able to get me the best price, we did most of the negotiatin first lease and began my search online. I reached out to a few dealerships and they were able to get me the best price, we did most of the negotiating via text which made things super easy. I went down to the dealership that weekend and it only took a few hours! Upon arrival I was greeted by my new favorite salesmen Al. He was very quick and attentive, I was test driving my new car in about 5 minutes. I made a few last minute changes (wanted an upgraded model) and we were able to negotiate to the price I originally asked for! Al fully explained the vehicle on our test drive and was very informative about my options when discussing upgrades. He called me 2 days later and it was already ready for pick up! Upon picking it up Al made sure to give us a final run down of the car...good thing he did because there was so many features it was amazing! All in all it was an easy, low stress car buying experience. I definitely recommend and make sure to ask for Al! More

Leased a CX-5 SG. From test drive through the back & forth about pricing etc was no hassle, quick answers and they got the exact spec I wanted. There was no pushy sales - in fact, I was expecting [and maybe needed] more push! The pickup day was simple as all paperwork/depo had been done in advance [e-sign]. AaaronK spent over an hour going through things as I seemed to keep thinking of questions! The true test is how they handle 'issues' - they forgot to put in the SatNav SD card but was no hassle to stop by and get the chip...and time for some more questions! No problem recommending 495 Mazda...cheers mate! More
